If there was ZERO STAR I could give it. We filed our official complaint to the BBB already. We had a horrible experience with Global Solution LM. We hired them to paint our house. The company owner Luis introduced himself as a professional painter. He said they only do high-quality work. But the result is horrible. After the painting was finished we hired 2 people for cleaning and fixing the mess Global Solution LM
made. The cleaning and handyman team couldn't finish it in 2 days and I had to help them. So, 3 peoples 2 days none stop 10-11 hours of work couldn't fix the painting mess. NEVER hire this company and never believe them. They are not professionals or they sub-contracted the work of some teenagers for painting. Not only a painter but also a handyman cannot do that sloppy, dirty, and messy job. I attached a few sample pictures but we have lots of pictures. There was not even 1 wall or place done well. I am listing the problems we sent the company below:
The wall prep was not done. No holes were filled, no drywall patched (except the ceiling splits in the bedroom & main hall), and no nails or screws were removed. Everything was painted over without prep. I doubt the walls were washed before painting.
The ceiling now has three colors, ceiling white, and gray from the previous paint job, and new splashes of blue from the wall painting. You assured us you would clean up the grey mistakes from the previous paint job by painting the patches with the ceiling white.
The wall/ceiling lines are not straight. There are multiple painting errors on the ceiling with blue paint that are not cleaned.
We see white splatter on the blue walls from the trim. We see blue mistakes on the ceiling where the brush or roller hit the ceiling or continued to the ceiling. All the trim has blue paint on the sides where they should be white. There are blue spots on the white baseboards, or white splashed on the blue walls. The careful frame around the wall was not done.
The ceiling edges are not careful and straight. Our handyman was more careful with the ceiling edges. The rollers were too full of paint and showered blue paint spots on the uncovered floor. Almost all of the electrical covers are painted blue. The new AC units are painted blue. The existing AC units are painted blue. The tops of the windows where the blinds are connected were not painted because they were not removed before painting. There was a big drip of blue down one of the blinds. The curtains were painted blue. Even the plastic closet door that was leaning against the wall before the painting started was painted blue.
