    *New* Birria Quesadilla

My wife, son and I stopped by here back in early October after a doctor's appointment. Global Quesadilla is an absolute standout in St. Louis and well deserving of five stars. The food is outstanding from start to finish--fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and perfectly executed quesadillas that go far beyond the ordinary. Each option feels thoughtfully crafted, and the balance of textures and seasoning is spot on. You can genuinely taste the quality in every bite. The ambiance adds to the experience. The space is clean, modern, and welcoming, with a relaxed vibe that works equally well for a quick lunch or a casual dinner. It has character without feeling crowded or loud, making it easy to enjoy both the food and the company you're with. Service is another strong point. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Orders are handled efficiently, questions are answered thoughtfully, and you never feel rushed or overlooked. Global Quesadilla delivers on all fronts--food, atmosphere, and service. If you're in St. Louis and looking for a place that consistently does things right, this is an easy recommendation.

This isn't my first time visiting this place but I'm finally getting around to writing a review. This particular location doesn't have a walk-in space so you have to order at a window on the side of the building. The woman who took my order was friendly. I ordered the Pangaea nachos with ground beef instead of chicken and it came out to be a little over $17. The flavor was okay I just wish it had more toppings. You get way more chips than toppings. It also came with two containers of nacho cheese. The cheese was okay but not the best I've had. I think next time I might try something else. Until next time...

We have been walking our pup past here for a few days and finally decided to try it. Apparently they no longer do sit in service. There is a window for walk up and one for delivery drivers. I am glad we decided to look at the menu before heading out. So many choices. Yes, that means more return trips. The young lady who answered the buttons ring was very friendly and polite. She asked a few questions when we ordered and answered a few of mine. No rush to order was felt. We ordered 1 Cancun to split. It was more than enough for the two of us. It came out quickly and we headed home to eat. The box served its purpose well as the food was hot after the walk. My only gripe, and this goes for a lot of business these days, is the outside had trash around it. Doesn't make it to enticing to walk up to. Yes, it may not 100% been on your property but it was an obstacle. I know, regardless of that issue, we will be back to try other flavors.

I've been wanting to try Global Quesadilla for a long time, I'm just not typically in the area of where it would be convenient! I dropped off some stuff for an event down the street around lunch time, so I figured it was finally time! It was a bit after lunch rush time (1:45), and when I went in, it was just me. I was greeted promptly by the individual working, and they gave me a bit of time to scan the menu. There were tons of options, and several of them sounded great! I decided to go with the Montreal. It was seasoned steak, red and green pepper blend, provel, cheddar, and Monterey Jack on a flour tortilla. It was served with a side of garlic basil mayo. I love provel, so this was a no brainer for me. I also loved the pepper blend, you can tell that the peppers are cut fresh and add a nice bit of crunch! Another person working walked it out to me, and I took it to go. I had a great experience and I will definitely be back!

First time here and didn't know what to expect. The restaurant is tucked back from the road and is in the middle of the building. Ordered a quesadilla and a nacho for my daughter and I to share. Wow! Too much food! We could have just split one and been stuffed. Food was good, hot and there's a ton of it. Worth going to and trying different things. Can't wait to go back soon and try something different.

Love that this place is a five minute walk from my office. A while ago I had the New Orleans salad, so this time I tried the quesadilla with the same ingredients minus the lettuce. It was amazing! Full of chicken, just the right amount of bacon, cheese and other ingredients. I didn't care for the salsa ranch but was happy that I ordered salsa as well! The salsa was really good and complimented the quesadilla well. The size of it was huge and at first I did not plan on eating it all...but I did! The customer service was great and the walk up window area was clean and inviting.

I have been driving past this place for weeks hopeful to try it. They finally extended their hours till 9pm so we had it for dinner tonight. Menu was quite extensive so it was hard to pick. I chose the Cancun, my husband got the Aztec. We also ordered the Mexican nachos. Food was overall really good. Portions were big and plentiful. Between the 2 of us we hardly put a dent in the nachos. Will def go back!

One kid got a Greek Wrap and a Texas Quesadilla, the other got the Florentine Quesadilla, I got the New Orleans 'chos. We couldn't understand why mine was named for New Orleans as the only slight nod to NOLA was the blackened chicken. I added my own sour cream. The food was kinda meh. I can make better but I don't really like cooking. Half my nachos went into the compost. The chips didn't taste very fresh and the lettuce certainly didn't look fresh! Also, for what you get the price is high. We won't return.

Mexico City Wrap - cut in half on the diagonal when I opened it! FFS

I'll be up front and disclose that I AM NOT A SALAD PERSON. The closest form of a salad that I eat would be a chicken Caesar wrap laden with dressing and cheese and carbs with probably 2000 calories. That said, boy was my elote salad at Neon Greens enjoyable. It is a lil pricey but worth it once I dug in and really enjoyed myself and learned more about the shop and their mission. They grow everything themselves - so cool. I love the friendly employees and the really really fresh greens and combinations. I got the cheese bread but was really close to ordering the soup instead. I'll skip the bread and try the soup next time. No matcha soft serve available the day that I went.

You walk into this older building and it just opens up into this bright, clean, almost energizing space . I went with the Umami Crunch with tofu and... yeah, this is the kind of place that makes you realize how rare a really good salad is. Like, when do you ever eat a salad and think, "the lettuce is incredible"? That happened here. Everything tasted fresh in a way that's hard to explain unless you've had it. And then you find out why--they literally have a hydroponic farm attached. Not just for show either... they do tours, and a lot of what you're eating is coming straight from there. It makes the whole experience feel different in the best way. The portions are huge, super filling, and still somehow feel light and clean. I also grabbed a local blue spirulina kombucha that ended up being one of the best I've had. If you keep wandering toward the back, it turns into this almost maze-like space, and on weekends they do a pop-up called Biscuit Town with breakfast items (including vegan options). It just keeps going. Honestly, I walked in craving a REALLY good salad and left wondering why it's so hard to find places like this. This is one of those spots you go to once and immediately know you'll be back.

The space is a bit dark with rich sage, brass, and terracotta. There are several hanging plants making it an inviting place. I usually always get chilaquiles when they are available. But today the ruby trout and grits sounded perfect. This dish was amazing!! The trout was thin with crispy skin. The grits were creamy and delicious. The dish is topped with a house made radish pico and salsa macha. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich that was paired with the crispiest breakfast potatoes I've ever had. The burger and fries are also a good option. The seasoning on the fries is next level. The brunch menu has a sticky toffee roll that is a perfect size for sharing or not. Salty sweet fork tender cinnamon roll. Lastly, the deviled eggs were a group favorite.
