Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. I initially left a 1-star review because I was disappointed with the service and the lack of results. After I posted the review, I was contacted and asked to remove it. I was told that they would work with me, take a better approach, and help me with my job search, and I was given assurances that I would receive better support and results. Based on those assurances, I decided to give the service another chance and removed my review. Unfortunately, after giving them approximately another two months, I did not notice any meaningful improvement or change in my job-search results. I have several years of IT and cybersecurity experience and relevant industry certifications, and I have been actively applying for cybersecurity positions. Despite this, I did not see the level of recruiter interest, interviews, or opportunities that I expected after investing $1,800 in professional career coaching. I understand that no career coaching company can guarantee someone a job, and I never expected an absolute guarantee of employment. However, when someone pays $1,800 for a professional coaching service, they should reasonably expect personalized guidance, a clear strategy, consistent support, and measurable progress. What was especially disappointing to me was that I removed my original 1-star review because I trusted the assurances that things would improve. Professional to the bone, she dove right in. She seems to warm up going over the basics and then she just starts flowing. There was some firely energy coming in from the ethers, and we lost Internet connection several times (it happens!), but Tracey never lost her stride. She kindly extended the session to make up for the time we lost during the disconnect. We did a month by month yearly which covered A LOT. The way she describes what's going on in the chart and between the planets, she helped deepen my own understanding of astrology which I appreciated. Her interpretations were chock full and at first I was processing all of it and asking questions. Then, there was so much insight being revealed that my brain started firing on all pistons! After our session I had to write down all the ideas that came to me before they faded!!
