The kind people at the post shop here really helped me out, by suggesting an easier option of having it delivered to the post shop itself and I would collect it from there. The post shop not being far from my place, I was happy. The lady I talked too once I got there was so helpful, and found my parcels quick smart. She offered me a smile and a seasonal candy cane and I was on my way.

In every one I have been to the staff are always so polite and nice and weirdly calm. Even during the chaotic christmas time when theres lines for miles. I am terrible at posting and postage and postal whatever. They always know what to do. And even more the other day I was so surprised when I went in to do a posting of something picked the packaging ripped it open put my stuff in it took it to the counter and then expected a simple transaction. And the lovely lady actually said to me oh no dear you can actually get a much cheaper option - and went on to show me how to work their products to the best of my value. Who does that! What company wants me to spend less on their products. It was so refreshing to get such lovely service. My local in Titirangi is especially awesome. A lovely older lady and a husband and wife team running it. It is the smallest little spot ever but still brilliant.

Our first car was stolen about two years ago and we were insured with AMI at the time. I have to…read moresay they were quite good about the whole thing and reimbursed us most of what we were owed. We got $3K for the car but there was a lot of stuff in it which also needed replacing. They took 2 pairs of prescription sunglassess, a jacket, a GPS system and about 50 of my best cds(that was the worst bit for a music lover like me). I thought they would reimburse us for the contents but what we had to do was contact the Optician etc and get a quote for our sunglasess. AMI then directly paid the Optician and we went into to pick them up when they were ready. Like I've said they reimbursed us everything and were reasonable to deal with. We have a new car, new shades and all rest so we are motoring along nicely now, thanks to them.

Although he's not old enough to realise what money is yet, in the future he will thank me for giving him a head start in life. So my appointment to see a friendly staff member went very well, I was seated comfortably in the office, and filled out a few forms, provided some important documents, and everything was finalized within a few minutes. My little one, even received a free Westpac trust helicopter money bank. The professional help and manner at this branch is superb; and I was even helped with depositing my money straight away into my boys account via the machine, very innovative and time efficient! What is very handy for me also seeing I have to go to the bank with my toddler is that they have a an undercover carpark attached to it, so if I need to come here I can just zoom in and out without worrying where I am going to park. Anything that makes life easier when doing errands with a toddler has got to be good. We always spend an extra 5 minutes in here also as my toddler always wants to look at the nice fish bowl and play in the childrens area.
