Unfortunately my experience with them wasn't great. They were flaky and throughout the entire process I felt blamed for not doing things that I was paying them to do. There was never a sense of urgency about our project and it didn't feel like we were given the full attention of the firm even though they market themselves as a boutique agency catering to artists and art businesses. We were never told their strategy or shown any of their ideas about how they were going to market the project. It was all kind of cut and dry and we certainly paid them for more than just a mailing list email blast. I recently checked in on their website to see what was new with them and it seems they've gotten even bigger clients, which is great and hopefully they are doing those clients justice. Advice would be that if you're a smaller organization or a singular artist or popup exhibition, curator looking to promote a certain show or event don't go to them, they wont give you the attention you deserve and it's not worth your money. Seems they only give a lot of attention to well known clients within the industry and are just taking money and blaming the client and the project not being well received if they didn't do their best to fulfill their duties.

It was a last minute project that saw Mo deliver exactly what we needed in an extremely timely manner, not to mention the fact that Mo is also passionate about social causes and has a sense of purpose, which is always something that I look for when working with someone. In short, if you have the opportunity to work with MKSHFT/CLLCTV...do it!

I had a very positive experience working with Grace. From the beginning, she was responsive,…read moreorganized, and clear in her communication. Immigration processes can feel overwhelming, but she made it much easier by explaining each step and keeping things on track. One thing that really stood out was her attention to detail. She reviewed everything carefully and made sure nothing was missed. That gave me confidence that my case was being handled thoroughly. She was also consistently available to answer questions. In my experience, many immigration lawyers can be hard to reach or slow to respond, but she was the opposite. I never felt left in the dark about what was happening. Even after our formal work together was finished, she has remained available as a resource when questions come up. That level of ongoing support means a lot. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable immigration lawyer.

I was searching in Yelp way back 2018 and i messaged someone who helped Attorney Grace. I was devastated to get my immigrant status because I left my hometown in Philippines and I don't wanna go back home and tell myself, I failed. To cut story short, my case was complicated and she helped me understand what are the possibilities and procedures would be like. She was very honest and intelligent woman. She will not lie to you if your case is possible to work on or you will lose. 2018 we filed VAWA and she made it possible for me to get my work authorization approved while waiting for my first case to be approved before applying for my permanent residency. I will be honest sometimes, I wanted to give up but I have to trust the process. 2019 i got my VAWA approved and filed my adjust status for my permanent residency. 2020- been waiting but gladly I can still work so patience is a virtue. I wanted to give up but I told myself, Quitters never win. I waited. 2021- despite of Covid, I heard a great news from Grace Alano that I am set for my greencard interview. Yes it is December and it would be a perfect Christmas gift and I couldn't ask for more. We went to Sta Clara USCIS for my interview and Atty Grace was there with me. The officer asked few questions but not related to my previous case. Then after few questions, I got my greencard approved! As soon as we stepped out the room, I cried to Atty Grace and said Thank you for making it happen. I can finally go home to Philippines and see my son and family. She hugged and congratulate me. If the time come and I need a legal help, I will go to Atty Grace Alano again. I highly recommend her to help you with your immigration case.
