They did a great job of making us (me and my husband) feel welcome! The first Dr we saw was nice and explained why we were possibly feeling some of our symptoms in a way that was easy to understand but not condescending. The X-rays were easy and quick. And my adjust was absolutely amazing, Dr. Steven clearly knew what he was doing and though I am a little sore(as he told me I would be) I left feeling great as did my husband (it was his first adjustment) we have a follow up tomorrow for our X-rays and I'm excited to keep coming here! I am new to Dr. Steve's office, but have had great experiences during my visits, which has greatly improved all of my problem areas. The staff is friendly and the office is open and clean! My only complaint is that he does not accept Cigna insurance, so this care is out of network for me and I will need to seek a new, in network, chiropractor as a result (which is really just me feeling sorry for myself). While the care and attention received here is superior, I can't justify paying 100% of the cost for it with a baby on the way when I could be paying just a few dollars for it at an in-network doctor. Just an update: I did visit a new chiropractor who consistently told me that he could provide very little treatment and care to me because I was pregnant, yet he accepted me as a pre-natal patient. He constantly asked me what Dr. Steve did in the few appointments I saw him, and I honestly didn't know how to respond. I promptly stopped seeing the new chiropractor because I began having abdominal pain from him pushing my belly into the table. I have coming to Global Chiropractic and receiving adjustment from Dr. Steve for over 5 years now. I have scoliosis and he has helped to keep me pain free and moving with more ease. I've never been a frequent chiropractic visitor, but when your back hurts you find one...fast. I was experiencing awful pain in my lower back and found Dr. Steve on the web. What a great find! He is very friendly and I really like the fact they do a preliminary xray. He adjusted me the first day, went back the next to discuss my xray and was adjusted again. Finally...relief. I never thought the day would roll around when my mom would stop telling me to sit up straight (even at 31 years old). It always hurt to sit without slouching, I always thought I was domed to look like a hunchback with a lot of back pain. This place is the best. Other Chiros pump you in and out like a factory line but Dr. Steve always takes the extra time if needed. I tore my MCL awhile back and the next day I couldn't walk. Went to my MD and he gave me Pain killers and MRI appointment. Told me to stay away from Chiro's. I went straight to Dr. Steve, he did some awesome Mr. Miagi action on my knee and I was walking out of there pain free! I avoided surgery and the cost of a $400 MRI. I've never met such a positive person, let alone doctor, like Dr. Steve. Add in his amazing adjustments and you really do have a rare find for a health professional. His adjustments are great for my back and talking to him always gives me an extra boost of positive energy. I work at a computer all day and I used to get headaches until his adjustments got my neck and posture in check. When I was running half-marathons, his adjustments helped with hip pain I was having. When I have thrown my back out in the past from lifting furniture, kids or weights, I have gone to him and I'm always pain free and back in action within a few days instead of a couple of weeks. I've been going to Global Chiropractic for about 5 months now and absolutely love it. I went in for some pain and numbness in my arm and within a couple weeks the pain had gone away. After reviewing my x-rays, Dr. Steven informed me that this was due to many years of degradation and it was going to take some time to fix. I've been so impressed with the level of service here that I now take my children to see him My daughter (who's currently 5) loves going to get adjusted and feels better and stands up straighter after our visits. She doesn't complain about aches and pains any more either. My 2 year old son is very active and loves jumping off beds/couches/whatever whenever he can. This must be putting a strain on his spine and the main reason I felt it necessary to take him to see Dr. Steven as well. He'll hook you in saying you need x-rays, tell you have about a million problems, can see you're in pain, but WON'T adjust you, even though you've paid for a consultation and adjustment, until you've bought into his ridiculous packages that cost THOUSANDS of dollars! I showed this to another chiropractor and they were flabbergasted, said I had about HALF the problems Steve said I did, and it costed me about a THIRD of the price. I have struggled with chronic migraines for at least 10 years. I would normally get at least 2-3 migraines a week lasting 2-4 days at a time. Recently, I had been having extremely bad back pains so I went to see Dr. Steve. This was my first time at a chiropractor so I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Steve not only helped my back pains on my first visit, but he also noticed immediately that there was a curve in my neck that had been causing my migraines. After the first day, I knew that this was the place to finally get my back fixed. I really love the way they start off by showing you an X-ray of your problem. I have been through a few physical therapist, and never had they mentioned that my back was unaligned. Dr. Steve showed me what is causing the pain in my spine and explained how they will fix it. My biggest problem was that I wasn't able to stand for a long period time, sitting at work gave me problems, doing abdomen exercises would pinch my back, and much more. I served the US Army as an Infantryman for 7 years, so you'd imagine how much stress I put on my back. After the first week I've noticed a huge difference. After the first month, I feel 10 times better than I used to be before I came to this chiropractic. I was able to stand in long lines again when I went to Disneyland, I didn't have to shift my sitting position at work, and I can now do abdomen workouts without a problem. Best chiropractor you will ever go to! I have suffered from back pain almost all my life! I've been to a million chiropractors & massage therapist but what they we're doing wasn't helping and they weren't really interested in helping me. I remember the first time I went to Dr. Steve I was in so much pain and it was a Saturday, no one was open and I really needed something! I called and got an appointment on a Saturday 20 minutes later. He sat down with me, ask what was going on, took X Rays and went over what was going on with my back. I definitely would not recommend this office. I didn't get the greatest feeling after my first appointment but decided to come in for a second appointment to hear what the Doctor had to say about my x-rays. Every visit felt extremely rushed and while I'm sure he did have some good advice, This office felt like a complete patient mill. I made the decision that my body really did need some work done and I didn't want to shop around for chiropractors so I went against my intuition and signed up for a 3 week package. When I was signing my paperwork at the front I asked the front desk to please email me my x-rays because I like to keep my medical records at home and they told me there would be a 25.00 charge, ha! Never have I been to a medical office that charges you for copies of your own medical records/X-rays. Umm HIPPA violation perhaps? I am legally entitled to my medical record, and you are entitled to yours. I knew then and there to get out! Cancelled my plan to find a chiropractors office who actually cares about their patients and isn't totally focused on pumping out insurance bills. read more

I was having lower back pain that stopped me from working out, running, and climbing (all which I do daily). I called Global Chiropractic and asked for an emergency appointment and they got me in that same day already after work (after normal hours)! I was very impressed, leaving with a significant reduction in pain and clearly on my way to full healing. However they do not accept my insurance (Cigna), and so I cannot go back. I am so disappointed! There is simply no way I can keep paying full price out-of-pocket, so I had no choice but to find another chiropractor. I am working with another chiropractor, but Global stood out and I would go back to Global IN A MINUTE if they decide to join the Cigna network of doctors in the future. I've read the other reviews now, and see that one other person wants to go back, but can't because she is also a Cigna client. If you other Cigna clients are reading and this is all that is preventing you from going back, I urge you to join us in writing. Perhaps if enough of us express our feelings, we will gain access to Dr. Steve's hands again! One can hope! read more

It's really hard to find a chiropractor this good... Truly a diamond in the rough! I started visiting Dr Steve a few years ago, I was in constant neck and back pain, also suffering from headaches. I also was on blood pressure medicine but I will get to that later... I had visited several chiropractors before with average results, I never truly was in relief. Once I stated visiting Dr Steve, I immediately understood that there is a difference between a good and a truly great chiropractor! After a few visits to him, he suggested that my core muscles should be stronger to help my back remain in alignment. I was also overweight and asked Steve if he would help me with a weight loss plan. He immediately put a plan into action to help me lose weight, now I am 63 pounds lighter, within my goal weight for my height and much more physically fit. To top it off, I was able to stop taking the blood pressure medicine that I was on! My general physician went over my blood results and said I made huge improvements on cholesterol levels and my overall physical condition was excellent. It's hard to think I started this path of improvement by visiting a chiropractor, but with Dr Steve he shows you that anything is possible! read more
