If you've ever wanted to experience the absolute pinnacle of automotive incompetence, I highly…read morerecommend paying a visit to the service department at Honda Cars of Bellevue. Seriously -- it's a masterclass in how to get absolutely nothing done while confidently having no idea what's going on. I purchased my car here in April. Fast forward to May 24th -- blew a tire. No big deal, right? I had the foresight to purchase a tire and wheel warranty when I bought the car. You'd think that would make this an easy process. Oh, you sweet, naïve soul. Enter Dustin and Rick, the service manager -- and I use manager loosely, because managing anything seems wildly outside his skillset. These two couldn't find my warranty anywhere. Poof. Vanished. Like a magician's trick, except instead of applause, all you get is delays and migraines. Then, in a moment of pure, unfiltered genius, Rick tells me there's a $150 deductible and that the warranty doesn't cover cosmetic wheel damage. Only problem? He was quoting a warranty this dealership hasn't sold in over three years. Three. Years. And who had to enlighten him? Me -- after calling my salesperson and getting the real information. Because apparently, the service manager has no idea what products his own dealership sells. You truly can't make this up. And here's where it gets downright insulting. 11 days later, I still don't have my car back. Eleven. Days. Over a tire. I've watched entire homes get built faster than these clowns can fix a wheel. Their mysterious, elusive "wheel guy" comes once a week, and somehow didn't get to my car last week. Now we're into this week, and no one can confirm if the mythical wheel guy is even gracing the dealership with his presence today. Eleven days. For a tire. I cannot stress enough how wildly unacceptable and embarrassing this is for a professional dealership. Honestly, I'd have a better shot handing my keys to a 22-year-old meth head at Jiffy Lube. At least he'd have the decency to wreck it quickly instead of stringing me along for a week and a half. The fact that a service manager has no idea what his dealership sells, can't coordinate a basic tire repair, and thinks it's fine to leave a customer without their vehicle for 11 days over a flat is beyond belief. This isn't a joke. It's not exaggerated. It's just Honda Cars of Bellevue being tragically, spectacularly bad at what they do. If you like wasting your time, being lied to, and dealing with a service department that would lose a race to a snail with a limp, this is your place. Otherwise -- stay far, far away. Update: I just found out the wheel guy won't be coming in today... because of the weather. Now, before you picture some catastrophic, end-of-days scenario, let me clarify -- it's 60° and drizzling. I had to actually step outside to make sure I wasn't missing a biblical flood, an alien invasion, or a solid 30 inches of snow. Nope. Just a little drizzle and the kind of mild weather that even house cats would be fine in. And yet somehow, that's enough to derail this already tragic operation. 12 days and counting... over a tire...

We met today and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They were willing to work with me to reach my desired price and it was an overall good experience. Love my new Honda HRV! I was looking at buying a new Corvette and Lyle was able to take me through the whole experience from the pre-test drive briefing on the vehicle, test drive, post-test drive debriefing and Q&A, and purchase. He knew the vehicle inside and out - including all of the electronics and OnStar setup. He was able to answer all my questions. Absolutely ZERO pressure! I could feel that he loves his job - he even personally touched up the new vehicle and removed the plates and various window stickers from the old one - his genuine enthusiasm was refreshing. To top things off, Karen Smoot had all the paperwork prepared and made the final purchase a breeze. Special thanks to manager, Tom Howard, for making sure the experience happened. Truly a great experience provided by a team of professionals! I would recommend Beardmore to others.

So I am expected to loose pay from work and inconvenience my job for them--how does that work? Will they be paying me for list wages? Not happy at all!!!

Turns out, the vehicle had been involved in a major collision, and put back together with cheap parts that didn't fit properly, and weren't even fastened on. The fuel tank vent had also been modified, making the vehicle very unsafe. None of this was disclosed at the time of sale. The salesman gave me the runaround for three weeks, then told me to get lost. The sales manager won't take my call. Do not go here. Also, side note: do not trust Carfax, it's a joke. The Carfax on this vehicle was "extremely clean", to quote the salesman.

Why buy a used car with a limited warranty when a new car with a full warranty was just a few thousand more After seriously researching at least 4 different types of vehicles and multiple dealerships we found our way to Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue where we met Antonio Gaskill. We told Antonio what we were looking for and when we were looking to sign the paperwork Three things. Safety, reliability and to have my daughters name on the loan and title. We test drove a CX5. One model up from the base model and it has every safety feature we wanted plus a few more. Plus, after talking to the insurance, because of all the safety ratings that come with Mazda, insurance on a new vehicle would ONLY go up $75 a month. My daughter also wanted a white or near white color. None in stock, Antonio did tell us that there were a couple due in within a couple weeks There was NEVER any pressure. Antonio did a great job of keeping in contact and letting us know that a white CX5 was coming in. Today, about a month or so after meeting Antonio, BOTH my daughter and I signed the paperwork on a 2023 CX5. As an 18 year old, she is on the loan! That's a big deal to me and will benefit her going forward in life. Thank you Antonio and Woodhouse Mazda for working with us literally meeting each of the three requirements that we had!

Background info May 2022 I had been eyeing a 2018 Acadia Denali listed for $36,500 on the website that was metallic purple undertone. I called to ask if it was available still and we headed to look at it. Brianna Serrano was the salesperson I spoke with on the phone and continued with after arrival. My first words were it looked different in the pictures as I drove into the lot to a Black Acadia, running ready for the text drive. She asked my name as we walked in and took us right out after 2 minutes for the test drive. The rims were trashed and minor interior issues. We tried to negotiate after a normal test drive. Slapped with the " certified pre owned, can't be negotiated" line. I had an off feeling I didn't listen too. She took us inside and retrieved the auto check on the vehicle. It clearly states 1 owner, no accidents, as I still have the paper copy from then, on surface level it seemed like a good deal. She ensured me the owners just brought it back prior to me coming in. As they were driving the car and loved it. After buying the car outright, as well as a 2 year/100,000 mile limited power train warranty that I would be thankful for in the future. They gave me a key and said there was a second set I could pick up from them another day as the owners still had it. After back and forth they couldnt find the key had me bring it in to beardmore Chevrolet service for another key, free of charge for the inconvenience and a $100 service credit. June 11th 2023, the transmission is shifting hard under load and we scheduled our appointment at the service department the next day. We dropped it off waited a day and got the confirmation the transmission needed replaced. Due to the warranty we only had a 100$ deductible and used the service credit. The only issue was there were no loaners available and I waited on the list for the entirety of the repair. They told me I was getting the only transmission available in the country. After going to pick up the vehicle they told me the warranty I purchased was now a 1 yr guarantee warranty. Sure enough the transmission went out again nearly 11 months later on June 19 2024. We tow it back in for service they diagnosed it went along with the repair. After the work was done they called me to approve a gas charge so they could do the test drive. And said I could pick it up shortly. I received a call I couldnt pick up the vehicle because the transmission was still acting up they ordered another transmission and start all over. Again no loaners waiting on a list. After calling for updates 1-2 times I was able to pick it up on July 5th right before close. I went to pick it up and after I walked out to the car they locked up behind me and my dash is lit up like a Christmas tree. ABS, traction control, stabilitack, and tire sensor lights were all on and I no longer had AWD. After doing our own research and getting second opinions before taking it back to them a 4th time ,just to get slapped with a large bill. We took it back Jan 2024 for the lights expecting them to offer some sort of solution. They quoted to buy it back for only 15,000. Tried to sell me on a hub and said the mechanic "cleaned it up"and wanted us to replace. The last time I left spending more than 600 in parts and labor. They can't own their mistakes when installing the 3rd transmission. They have been pulling wool over our eyes and when we have called to complain and speak to the shop supervisor we are told they will call us back on a time to come in for a meeting and never called us back. Lastly I was in an accident that was reported. In checking we found two accidents had been reported. We didnt belive it and pulled out our paper work. Hmm one owner, no accidents. Less than a year and a half later my lights all popped back on since getting the car back after Jan 2024. So I took it for an estimation for trade and were then again assured two accidents were reported. There is more but this book is already too long. Be careful and do not do business with any beardmore businesses.
