The first lady's name is LJ- this woman exemplifies integrity, dedication, and customer obsession at its finest! Smart, funny and always smiling- she made me feel like a million dollars had just fallen in my lap- I would follow her anywhere! The second lady was Desiere and she greets me every single day with an "hello beautiful" as soon as I (or anyone else) walks through the door. Extremely kind and knowledgeable about the products, beds, and services. I absolutely cherish her willingness to answer all of my impeding questions and with such care! Also taught me about different levels of tanning and how to break my plateau and bring my tan to the next level- who knew? The third lady's name is Tanya. So sweet and kind and such a positive vibe that anyone who meets her feels appreciated! Had so many great quality tips that I left feeling well educated groom my visit. This place is awesome! All of the ladies went above and beyond for my spa experience and let me tell you from a managers perspective.. The virtues and the fact that they are so grounded and knowledgeable plus the fact that they have morals, kindness, honesty and they are trustworthy- no man on the face of the earth can afford to pay for that. Once we were in the room, my wife's massage therapist asked her if she wanted hot stones and another service that I couldn't quite hear. I turned to my massage therapist and asked if I could get hot stones as well. Her response was simply, "I don't do those." As the massage continued, I told her that I prefer heavier pressure because what she was doing was much too light. She then told me, "I don't give deep tissue massages." I wasn't necessarily asking for a full deep tissue massage. I was asking for more pressure. The massage was so light that I literally started laughing because it felt like I was being tickled. I apply lotion to my own body with more pressure than I received during this massage. If my wife had not been there getting her massage, I honestly would have gotten off the table and left. What made the experience even more disappointing was the difference in service at the end. My wife was given a warm towel to wipe the excess oil from her body. I wasn't offered one and ended up having to use paper towels from the wall. For a $250 massage bill, plus a $50 tip, I expected a much higher level of service, consistency, and attention to the customer's preferences. This was our anniversary, so we were looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the experience together. Instead, I left feeling like the quality of my massage did not come close to matching what we paid. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Three Graces Day Spa.

They do not take walk-ins, and their late policy is strict to the point of being unreasonable. I arrived at the 9-minute mark and was turned away, despite being told that 9 minutes is the cutoff. Instead of attempting to work with me or see if there was any flexibility, I was offered an appointment three hours later -- which obviously doesn't work for most people with busy schedules. There seems to be little effort to accommodate clients who are trying to make appointments work within real-life constraints. A bit of grace or customer-centered problem-solving would go a long way. What's frustrating is that the Moore location does not operate this way and has never made things this difficult. The difference in service between locations is noticeable. Unfortunately, based on multiple experiences, I won't be returning to the Norman location.

By then almost 30 min. had passed and the masseuse told me she would have to do a quick one because next appt couldn't be made to wait... seriously. I assumed the quick one would be comped so went ahead. But, no. I was charged for the full treatment. And the treatment was inferior at that. Had had better experiences with facials and booked one at the new location -- my last booking, I was called about half hour before the appointment time and told that the esthetician had to go home. That was it. No "can we rebook you." No, "we apologize" No nothing. Not only were these instances completely unprofessional, they told me how little- valued my business is to them.
