I especially LOVE the powder she uses after spraying. You're not sticky at all, and you smell amazing. I've done spray tans before, but this was a much more pleasant experience! She has very specific instructions about what to do before and after. A lot of it, I didn't even know about. Spray tan is def an art and so much healthier than being out in the sun. New business. EDIT: never have i ever had to add to a review until today. i posted my original review earlier today, still a satisfied customer. that was until miss Taylor Scwarz the owner and CEO of this establishment decided to text my partner this VERY unprofessional message. Taylor is upset that i gave such review about her establishment. well Taylor to be frank, if your establishment wasn't so shitty you wouldn't have gotten this review. i said nothing but nice things and encouraged others to still visit your shitty location. i tipped, personally thanked and promoted your shitty business. i didn't make mention of how Sonia mistakenly threw away my food or how ugly your decor was nor talked about the smell of mediocrity stinking up your place. i gave props where they were due and vocalized where they could improve. it's an honest review so that people can have an opinion on whether this is worth their hard earned money. how truly unprofessional of you for sending this bs. i wish i could get a full refund from this place and i HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND spending your money here. especially with this ungrateful piece of trash of an owner. i would give this place a negative rating solely based on your poor behavior. my partner even offered to pay you because of you getting sick and needing to reschedule the facial i was supposed to come back for. literally offered you more money even after my experience, are you serious? this is a platform for others to help you as a business owner in areas you may not see yourself. you can kindly do us all a favor and remove your business if you can't handle the public's honesty. i've had business owners reach out, appreciative of the feedback i've given as a paying customer and none have gone about it the way you did. just terrible. DO NOT spend your money here folks and i'm sure they won't be in business very long with this kind of ownership. went from 3 well deserved stars to 1 well earned shitty star. i will be posting this anywhere you have your business listed. congrats on playing yourself..

The Facialist was nice and apologized and quickly took me back. The facial was led light based and took about 25 mins; then my shoulders and neck were massaged for about 15 minutes. The atmosphere was calm and soothing. The treatment is to stimulate collagen production, but not really a "facelift." The goal is to sell cream and product afterwards; which I declined. The salesman was a little pushy (reminded me of those guys who used to sell cream at mall kiosks.) I don't need the extras. For a $90 service ($70 plus $20 tip) it was nice but could have been a bit longer. I would give it a grade of B in terms of a pampering experience; not sure any results will be seen. Anyone looking for a retreat inside of a local mall might enjoy this--I'll stick to other spas in the future as I feel the value is better.

I went here for a while. Had a few services. Laser on my face. Microneedling. And Botox. Multiple…read moresessions. I had to stop going three years ago due to health. Three Christmas' ago my teenage son (at the time) got me a gift card from here. He worked and saved up for the gift. It wasn't a lot to the everyday person but to his momma & him it was of great sentimental value. He specifically asked if it ever expired bc he knew my health was at a low that year. They promised it never expired. I even called & asked after it was given to me for Christmas. Fast forward to last week. I have recently also moved but was back in Norman visiting & decided that since my health was better I would go use the gift card for Botox again. The worker that was there claimed that it had been four years & that gift cards expire after a year. I questioned it & she said she would reach out to the owner Ashley (which is who used to do most of my services). I was told that they would not be honoring the gift card. The card clearly says that there's no expiration date on the back. The face value is not that much to the everyday person but to me, they devalued a gift from my son. It's very unprofessional & illegal. Federal law says gift cards have to be honored for five years unless clearly marked.
