I followed up multiple times, and the owner never responded to my emails. When I called to ask about the refund, I spoke with a woman named Dana. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she was extremely rude, called me a liar, and spoke down to me over the phone. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I do want to say that the younger girls who work at the front desk have always been kind, helpful, and professional. They were never the problem, and I don't want my experience with management to reflect poorly on them. The tanning beds are also not well maintained. In my experience, more than half the time I visited, at least one bulb in the bed I used was burned out, and there were also times when entire beds were out of service. Between being charged after canceling my membership, not receiving the refund I was promised, the lack of response from management, and the way I was treated when I tried to resolve the issue, I cannot recommend spending your money here.

Let's start with the teeth. About a month ago I decided to finally splurge and go to my dentist for teeth whitening. It was $500, but I'm getting married so I thought why not. It took an hour, was extremely painful and barely made a difference. I then decided to try it at cryomist on a whim and in 15 minutes my teeth were white (but still looked natural) and had NO PAIN! And I have extremely sensitive teeth so this was pretty surprising. I then couldn't resist trying CryoTherapy because I've been hearing so many amazing things about it. I'm not gonna lie... it was FREEZING, but Jen talks you through the entire 3 minute process which kept me distracted from the cold. After, I felt energized and just amazing. Also, the weight loss is a nice perk :) All in all, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. I call up Baked per a friends recommendation and the employees on the phone were SO accommodating and took my hysterical self in right away. Alexa did an AMAZING job and gave me the perfect pre-wedding glow. She calmed me down and made me feel comfortable the whole time! Afterwards, it started to rain (cue the hysterics again) and the employees were so so nice and lent me an umbrella and basically walked me to my car. Anne was very professional and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment. She came to my apartment and set up her equipment (a pop up tent, fan, airbrush machine). The tan only took maybe 30 minutes tops to complete (2 coats). Anne was so friendly and sweet and made me feel very comfortable (despite the fact I was almost naked in front of her, lol). I've had my fair share of spray tans over the years (my husband eve part owned a salon that gave them), and I have never had a color choice like the ones given here. I thought it was awesome! Originally I thought I would want to go darker with the "espresso" and Fran sprayed me, let me look at my tan line, and let me decide. But she was right, "mocha" was just perfect. It's your option to wear (or not) whatever you want. They do have disposable thongs available if you don't want to go au naturale, but want as much color as possible. Fran took her time with me, and even applied baby powder to soak up excess moisture on a very hot day to prevent streaking. Conversation was great and she was super professional. This can certainly be an awkward thing and Fran made me feel completely at ease. If this is your first spray tan be prepared to not get wet for 8-12 hours although for $10 more they have an express option which allows for showering in just 3 hours. Wear baggy dark clothes, exfoliate and shave prior to your appointment. Booking same day was super simple, but I would recommend calling at least a few days in advance. There's 10% with Yelp check-in and BOGO half for first timers. Went with the latter option and cannot wait to return the next time and get sprayed again when I have another special occasion or just want to feel extra golden and sexy. I UV tan regularly and this color is so incredibly difficult to attain that way. Plus, this spray is organic and much bette for you! They also have a full spa downstairs offering facials and lash services. Parking unmetered out front was super simple. Went perfectly with grabbing a bite at Suraya down the street. Awesome find!!
