Like... get a website, update your Facebook/Instagram, and answer your damn phone... or just close down because this is not how you run an establishment! I will never go here and honestly I'm just giving up. I found way better places. Go to Utopia tanning or Planet Beach, they at least answer your questions...and their phones!

I've always been happy and recommended it to others…read more Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience- the solution was applied streaky and uneven, which has never been the case before. I was concerned about how the uneven tan would look and did not want to take a risk for an event, so I showered slightly before the recommended window. I called to notify the manager and ended up speaking to the person who did my spray tan. I just wanted to explain the situation and my concerns. She wasn't rude, but was somewhat dismissive and said because I didn't wait and see (and therefore risk having an uneven, streaky look) that nothing could be done. She suggested I should have waited and then if so was unhappy exfoliated the tan off myself later. For a place I've never had tanning issues with to suggest I just hope for a good outcome when clearly the tan wasn't applied correctly (perhaps due to a faulty sprayer, which she said had been broken earlier that week), but claimed was working this day, though my experience seems to suggest otherwise. This whole experience seemed off to me for a place I have been frequenting for years with no issues. It's a shame because I was always satisfied there and now feel that due to the poor quality and lack of effort to reimburse me for the tan, I will seek another place. I should also mention she asked for a tip three times while I was checking out and said 20% is standard. While as always do tip, I feel this should be an option, and not repeatedly asked for by staff. I'm not sure if the shop is under new management (Lisa referenced a manager when I first arrived, but when I called back she said she is the manager). Either way, I'm disappointed in the service and the quality and will not be going back or recommending to others again.

I had an 8AM flight to Turks & Caicos the next day (today) & i was pale as a ghost and carrying an extra 10 pounds of winter weight that i desperately needed to be hidden with a golden glow! I tried every gig in town with no avail- until I reached Sophia!!!! She kindly agreed to come to my house at 10:00 PM on a rainy miserable Friday night to give me a tan! She was friendly, professional & my tan looks fantastic!!! As a mom of 2 young kids, i could not believe how much easier it is to have somebody come to my home for this service! Let's start with the teeth. About a month ago I decided to finally splurge and go to my dentist for teeth whitening. It was $500, but I'm getting married so I thought why not. It took an hour, was extremely painful and barely made a difference. I then decided to try it at cryomist on a whim and in 15 minutes my teeth were white (but still looked natural) and had NO PAIN! And I have extremely sensitive teeth so this was pretty surprising. I then couldn't resist trying CryoTherapy because I've been hearing so many amazing things about it. I'm not gonna lie... it was FREEZING, but Jen talks you through the entire 3 minute process which kept me distracted from the cold. After, I felt energized and just amazing. Also, the weight loss is a nice perk :) All in all, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. It's reasonably priced, the staff is super nice and accommodating, and you'll leaving looking and feeling your best (but not like a Barbie doll, I promise).

Anne was very professional and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment. She came to my apartment and set up her equipment (a pop up tent, fan, airbrush machine). The tan only took maybe 30 minutes tops to complete (2 coats). Anne was so friendly and sweet and made me feel very comfortable (despite the fact I was almost naked in front of her, lol). She sprayed my whole body including my face, and the morning after, she texted me directions after of how to rinse off and shower with the tan. I am so happy with the results!! I've had my fair share of spray tans over the years (my husband eve part owned a salon that gave them), and I have never had a color choice like the ones given here. I thought it was awesome! Originally I thought I would want to go darker with the "espresso" and Fran sprayed me, let me look at my tan line, and let me decide. But she was right, "mocha" was just perfect. It's your option to wear (or not) whatever you want. They do have disposable thongs available if you don't want to go au naturale, but want as much color as possible. Fran took her time with me, and even applied baby powder to soak up excess moisture on a very hot day to prevent streaking. Conversation was great and she was super professional. This can certainly be an awkward thing and Fran made me feel completely at ease. If this is your first spray tan be prepared to not get wet for 8-12 hours although for $10 more they have an express option which allows for showering in just 3 hours. Wear baggy dark clothes, exfoliate and shave prior to your appointment. Booking same day was super simple, but I would recommend calling at least a few days in advance. There's 10% with Yelp check-in and BOGO half for first timers. Went with the latter option and cannot wait to return the next time and get sprayed again when I have another special occasion or just want to feel extra golden and sexy. I UV tan regularly and this color is so incredibly difficult to attain that way. Plus, this spray is organic and much bette for you! They also have a full spa downstairs offering facials and lash services. Parking unmetered out front was super simple. Went perfectly with grabbing a bite at Suraya down the street. Awesome find!!
