Please beware of promises made by these groomers. I used their mobile grooming service and didn't have many problems. Shay "sweet" talked me into boarding my 2 dogs on a recent trip. I left beds, toys, and their meds and vet food. My parents went by the boarding location in a strip mall and it was totally locked up during business hours. My pets were locked up in the back in a shed in this extreme heat. They had not been fed for 24 hours. My Mom finally got in after waiting over an hour for them to unlock facility. I was promised my pets would not be left alone and they would be properly cared for. I am not sure this strip center has a fire prevention sprinkler center either. Please do your due diligence and not endanger your pets! read more

I don't remember her name but she's as sweet as pie. It's also a plus because the physical shop is minutes away from my home. Upon arriving, they took the time to talk to me to be sure that my dog would be cut just as I preferred and it was perfect. It was refreshing to not be rushed as you are in other pet salons. I really should've gotten a before and after photo. She cut my Schnoodle perfectly. So for years, grooming three dogs has been quite the chore, especially with these huge monsters! We've done all the things, including looking up cute pinterest DIY dog baths to make outside. Let's face it, it's tuff work. I kept hearing about mobile dog grooming and just didn't even think that was an option for us because of our huge rascals, but then I realized, uh this is exactly for us. So we found this local company that had really great reviews and we gave them a call. Immediately they were so knowledgeable and so caring about dogs. It is a hubby and wife duo that showed up in this big purple van and we have loved them ever since. Mister is our biggest culprit. His nails grow soooo fast and every time I try to clip them it's like an episode of WWE and I'm only able to successfully cut one nail from all that drama. We stopped shaving him several years ago because it's super harmful for his hair and skin and I think it would make him smell funny (even though it would help our dog hair problem, it's not worth it in the long run). When I've taken him to the groomers before they would somehow always cut his quicks to where my car would look like a crime scene afterwards. I eventually started taking him to the vet just to have his nails cut since it was cheaper and they could care for him properly if they cut too deep. But even after most groomers would bathe him, he would start smelling and feeling grimey after a week... Actually all of them would. It was as if they would just spray perfume and use a defurminator on them and call it a day. (BTW, whatever Fransjuan and Navasha use to shampoo the dogs is phenomenal. It doesn't smell like some chemical coverup.) On top of this, Every time I'd take them to the groomers, my car would end up looking like dogs permanently lived in it. Also, picture me taking three huge ass dogs to the groomer, talk about circus. Our first mobile grooming experience was so magical. The couple was so incredibly nice and all three dogs were so excited to get in a strangers van to do the thing they hate most (getting clean). For WEEKS after their first session, they still smelled SO clean and the hair buildup In the house was minimal. Now because it can get pretty pricey, we only have them come when we've had enough of their stank, but holy moly it's the best investment I've ever done. I was able to watch 90 day fiance, clean the house, do laundry AND put up Christmas decorations while they had their spa day. It is absolutely worth it. The best part of all of this, is that my dogs really love this couple and don't get scared when they show up. Like I said, they willingly get in their van without me forcing them or bribing them with bacon. It's an absolute win -win and I just wanted to share the love. I recommend them to Everyone because NO REGRETS. read more

Perfection! I took my pup here for his first haircut and I could not be more pleased with my experience. The owner was very professional and polite and answered all of my questions. They were able to get Ziggy in on short notice for the same day and gave him ample one on one time. They have a large assortment of hair styles to choose from and had flawless execution. He looks just like a teddy bear! The facility was very clean, neat, and tidy. I don't know what shampoo they use but it smells so so good, they even gave him the most adorable bandanna! My dogs are happy when I pick them up, one of my dogs who is very wary of strangers started chasing and engaging play with the owner, that says a lot!!! I have never seen this from other places, my dogs usually just want to get out of the place. My dogs looked very good when I picked them up and they really listen to your instructions. I came to this groomer because my dog was scared and resisted the other. This groomer LIKES dogs and he knows it, of course. She also paid full attention to what I wanted and gave me from that what was possible - turned out to be far better than others before her . I picked my dog up and he's happy. I didn't have to drag him into the groomer's reception area when I came the second time. The price was fair. Her schedule permitting she's slightly faster than the groomer previous.
