They let you get dressed on your own unless you want someone in there with you (which is actually so nice). The store is small but has an amazing selection of dresses. I found a number of dresses I really liked and was so happy to finally find the one! I couldn't commit immediately and they were very understanding. They took pictures for me (which apparently some stores do not allow) and talked me through the whole process. When it cane to ordering, I was so scared because it was 5 months before my wedding and most bridal salons told me that I was a fool for waiting so long! Here, they confirmed that I had plenty of time. Some of their dresses were available for preorder and could arrive as early as two months later while even if my size wasn't in preorder, it would arrived more than a month before my wedding. I ended up ordering it and they called less than a month later to say it had arrived. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. Trust me-- this is the best place to get a dress!

Went in person to the store, because the phone number had been suspended and the owner shouted things from the back of the store for the front desk employee to say to me. Miraculously, 3 weeks after the original date promised and after threatening to file a credit card dispute, I received my dress. I am not the first to have issues with this business. Please read other Facebook reviews. The owner had Facebook remove my review twice. Go figure? What's the point of a review if you can delete negative ones and only keep positive ones? Store looks like it was maybe an old grocery store or something that has been remodeled somewhat to be a department store. Really large floor space that is packed out with apparel and accessories. Men's section was especially large and had considerably more Nike, Under Armour and North Face than any of our local locations. Also, if you're looking for game gear (Bama, JSU, and the orange team) they have a huge selection of t-shirts, hoodies, polos, décor, etc. Prices are good, and they have lots of promotions that will get you an extra 20% off one item, sometimes your entire shopping tip. Also, they run buy one get one 1/2 off on shoes from time to time. Can't finish this review without spending a second to rave about the customer service. We couldn't find a size of shoe that online indicated they had. The person working in the shoe area ripped the department apart trying to find the size we were after. Even though we were disappointed they didn't have it, it wasn't a lack of effort on their part to try and help us out. Really great store ... Highly Recommended!!!!
