Instead of a relaxed shopping experience, it feels like you're being monitored the entire time. The employees stationed near the fitting rooms act more like security guards than customer service associates. The tone was cold and overly watchful, as if every customer is automatically suspicious. It makes trying on clothes awkward and stressful instead of enjoyable. Retail is supposed to be about customer service and comfort -- not feeling policed while you shop. Definitely not the experience I expect from a department store like this. I won't be returning anytime soon.

The new girl was totally confused with the price and said that I had a $50 credit on my account. When she rang up the total she stated that my bill was $530. 44. I gave her $600. 45. She didn't know how to count back my $70. She was siding a calculator and said "I've got to see numbers in my head." I told her that "I totally understand because I'm a teacher" of 25 years in education. It took her a minute to give me $70 back in change. When I left and went around the corner to have lunch I realized that I did not get a receipt. I called back to speak with Liz (the manager, I suppose) and she stated that I was charged correctly and they do not give refunds. I don't want a refund I just want my correct change. I was overcharged. The closure was $190 and the bundles were $149 each. The total with Texas sales tax (8.13%) plus the $50 credit should have come to $474.13 NOT $530.44. Please contact me today to give me my change and receipt. I normally do not ever have problems at that location. The hair has always been beautiful and I purchase hair there at least twice a year.
