The part was later found inside the car wash itself, clearly proving the damage happened there. This is obviously not something that normally happens during a routine car wash, which strongly suggests their equipment malfunctioned or was not operating properly. Despite the clear evidence, management refused to take any responsibility for the incident or cover the repair costs to my vehicle. Instead of standing behind their equipment and customer service, they dismissed the issue and left me to deal with the damages on my own. On top of this I paid over $40 for the wash, which is ridiculous, and wasn't even reimbursed that cost. Accidents can happen, but refusing accountability when your equipment damages a customer's vehicle is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere, especially if you care about how a business handles customer claims and property damage.

I asked her for the owners name and she would not give it to me so I looked it up on Sunbiz.org, official State of Florida website (public records) and found the owners name Steven Walborn and title manage John Glover. This is how the owners/management care for the customers who feed their mouths of their families. POOR BUSINESS DECISIONS! They obviously do not care about my business, however, they aren't only loosing mine, they have lost my entire family and friends of Bradenton etc.... I met with RYAN, the manager on duty, and he was totally accommodating, very professional and extremely polite. Don't lose him. He's an asset. In the past, employees at both the SR-70 and SR-64 locations told me it was fine to stop in briefly for a quick vacuum without purchasing a wash. I've only done this occasionally and it usually takes me about 5 minutes. Today at the 53rd location, a woman who said she was the general manager told me I had to purchase a wash to use the vacuum. I completely understand businesses having rules and would have gladly followed that if it had simply been explained respectfully. Instead, the interaction felt unnecessarily rude, and the vacuum was shut off while I was using it after only a couple minutes. I later called for clarification and was told that while policies may have changed, it can sometimes depend on the manager's discretion at each location, which explains why I had never run into this issue before. As someone who previously paid for a monthly membership and referred family members here, this experience was frustrating. Part of the reason I canceled my membership before was because supplies were often empty (towels or window spray) and equipment like vacuums sometimes wasn't working. Even today I noticed some stations without towels and nearly empty spray bottles. I still believe Coastal can provide a good service, but customer communication and consistency between locations would really improve the overall experience.
