Jeremy and Brayden came to my home and cleaned all 45 of my windows sparkling clean! I have not had the windows done in years and they came in and handled it! The "door-to-door" guy was very nice, and didn't present himself as a high-pressure sales guy. All the contract signing was done on the phone, which I found out today makes it just about impossible to locate the original contracts. I signed up for an "Unlimited Quarterly Window Service". But the only contact I've received from them after the initial cleaning was billing invoices. And to be fair, they did a good job cleaning our windows at the start of the contract, and also replaced two screens (which took a little over a week to get them back). The initial charge was $309.00, paid on 1 June 2026. We paid two subsequent monthly installments of $106.33 on 1 July 2026 and 1 August 2026, with no additional window cleanings. When I called to cancel the service due to some life changing events and a death in the family, they connected me to Jonathan, who just kept talking bur refused to cancel my contract unless I paid an additional $318.99 cancellation fee. AGAIN, WHAT A RIPOFF!!! Jonathan kept me on the phone for over 10 minutes, trying to offer some solution other than cancelling the contract. I explained to him I was trying to be nice, and patient, about this, but he refused to cancel the contract and just kept talking. I told him to provide me a copy of the SIGNED CONTRACT, which he continually ignored and just kept trying to provide me with "options". I told him to cancel my contract, and I wasn't paying them another dime! It got to the point I had to hang up on him because he wouldn't provide me a copy of the signed contract, AND he just wouldn't shut up. I hung up, and within 3 minutes, saw an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE posted to my credit card for $318.99. All total that's $840.65... Buyer Beware: I really wanted to like this service after a door-to-door rep came by my neighborhood in December 2025, but the lack of professionalism and the hidden costs have been a major disappointment. If I could give less stars I would!!! I signed up to have my windows cleaned 2 times, the contract states that it is 2 years and 4 cleanings, i told the "kid" that sold this to me that I would do 2 cleanings in 1 year and not 2 years, he said that was fine and he would make a note. When they called to schedule my cleaning this week I told them I was no longer going to use them and they told me that I had a legally binding contract and I had to accept the service. They told me they would "pull some strings" and " help me out" and schedule my 3rd and 4th services for December and then June of next year as a favor and I said no. Then they tried to lower my price from $289.00 to $199.00 and I said no. Then he said to cancel my contract as stated in the legal document that I signed that it would cost $289.00 and he immediately charged my card and said if I dispute the charge they will send me to collections. I will 100% dispute this charge and they can send me to collections and I will fight this, but do NOT use this company, what they tell you at your door and what they will do are 2 different things. Glide window cleaning scammed my senior parents. Signed them up for a monthly contract without their consent. When asked about the monthly charge, the company tried to make my parents feels stupid and like they did something wrong when the fact is, they scammed my parents & told them they were locked into a binding contract. Glide wouldn't provide a copy of the contract and didn't even fulfill the terms of the contract they claimed to be in. Poor window cleaning (couldn't even tell they were cleaned) and one of the window cleaners spent the entire time yelling at his girlfriend on the phone, verbally abusing her while he should've been cleaning--all within earshot of my horrified parents. This is a summer sales company run by smarmy creeps, scamming seniors into believing they're locked into a contract and then not providing the service or a copy of the contract (illegal!). They also make it impossible to cancel the service (that my parents didn't even sign up for in the first place). We tried to cancel in writing and they said they don't accept that kind of cancellation and that you have to speak to someone instead (because they want you to speak to a sales person who asks personal, invasive and predatory questions about the ownership of the home, important travel dates and upcoming life events). I had to record the phone calls and threaten legal action before they would send proof of cancelation. I am reporting the company to the attorney general's office (will not bother with BBB who has no power to investigate fraudsters or protect vulnerable consumers). Their entire "business" model is signing people up for monthly contracts even if the consumer doesn't consent, they aren't even trained to clean windows properly. BEWARE!! This company is dishonest and my mistake has cost me over $650!! A very young man came to my door offering to wash my windows for $99. I signed on his phone, trusting he was being honest with me. This "company" charged me $339! I was understandably upset and called them right away. I was told I had signed a contract for that price as well as a monthly charge of $119 and that I had agreed to a yearly contract. None of what I was told is true!! They emailed a copy of a contract showing what he claimed, but that wasn't what I signed! They took my signature and added it to a different contract. Scheduled a gutter cleaning but the technician showed up and cleaned my windows instead. He admitted he wasn't trained on gutters and just did windows anyway. I didn't want the service, but he was almost done when I caught it. Then they charged me $319 for window cleaning instead of the agreed gutter service. When I called to fix it, I was put on hold for a long time and then told they were "going off the notes" and refused to adjust anything. Wrong service, higher charge, and no accountability. I entered into a contract with Glide Cleaners of Bountiful, UT on 6/4/25 for three window‑cleaning services over the next year. The Written agreement specified that they would remove and replace screens safely, avoid solvents, and squeegee every window--including upper and sunroom windows--after using a water‑fed pole. The first cleaning was fine and followed the contract. The second cleaning did not. Even after I reminded them to use a squeegee, they skipped that step entirely, leaving the windows streaked and looking worse than before. This was a clear breach of the agreement. Because they did not follow the contract, I cancelled the remaining service. Despite their failure to meet the agreed‑upon terms, they charged me a $589 cancellation fee. She didn't understand when they asked if everything looked good and to initial that she was signing up for a contract. She has to use a magnifying glass to even read. 1st check she wrote was lost. She paid via credit card and still was told she didn't pay. Sent 2nd check. That cleared and they then refunded the credit card. I stepped in and when asking to speak to an account manager I was transferred to voice mail twice. Third call during conversation the account manager requested a POA stating they wanted proof of dementia in order to cancel contract. Just poor business practice all around. The windows were streaked and some of them neglected entirely.Their cleaning staff was inexperienced and, in my opinion, bored. I called to cancel and was told canceling was not an option -- despite proper notice having been given. They are still attempting to collect on a service that was never provided. They are completely misleading on their prices and their contract. The salesman quoted a one time price of $297 then they would come out every 3 months for $99. They are billing me $99 every month which was not what I agreed to. They have you sign a cell phone with an agreement that is so tiny. You don't actually see the price you are agreeing to. I called to cancel and explained the plan I agreed to was not $99 a month and they would not cancel without taking another $297. I asked the "account manager" who said he is as high up as they come if he really thinks it's right that I've now given them $800 between the 1st payment, $99 a month and now a cancellation fee and had my windows cleaned once. The first time they came out they left my gate open and doges got out. They didn't clean all the window, they had to come back out again. The second time thy came out the spray them off and called that clea. The tird time they came out the could not get to all my windows and said they would give me a discount, I got back 18.00 for not doing 6 windows. Then it rain so I called them back and they still did not do the window missed and was also cleaning them in the rain. When they left they left both my gates open again and I spet 2 house looking for my dogs. I called and canceled and they want to argue about the las window clean and charge me mor to canceled. Did not care that I had to go find my doges because they can't close the gates. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. $300 for a single window cleaning is outrageous for a single story house. The work wasn't great, I really could have done better myself with a garden hose. Their sales person is a faster talker and makes it seems like there is a single fee for 3 cleanings, but it's a fee PER cleaning. $100+ to cancel the contract. Never again. I should have pointed to my NO SOLICITING sign (which they ignored) and just slammed the door. They also skipped my basement/egress windows, didn't do the tracks, and I had to spend the time taking out all the screens and replacing them. They did not. Also, in the pictures on their site, you'll see cool looking machines to do a special job. They didn't bring any of this. Some kid in a jeep with a bucket of water showed up.
