POOR UHAUL SERVICE…read more I scheduled a 2:30 PM pick-up and arrived on time, but no one was available to check me in. By 4:30 PM I was still waiting--wasting valuable time when I should have been loading and heading to a delivery. On top of that, the employee present spent the entire time complaining about the owner, even saying the last two paychecks "he didn't pay me on time." Very unprofessional and not reassuring. Because of this location's lack of service and poor management, my business has now suffered delays and unnecessary stress. Not recommended.

He showed my husband all the things he needed to know about running this model of tiller. They provided a trailer for the tiller without it being an "extra charge". They have 1/2 day and full day rentals, and they have different sizes of tillers as well as a wide variety of equipment, including lawn rollers and U-Hauls. Very happy with the service we received.

I would not recommend bringing any of your small engine items here for repair…read more Firstly, they are some of the most unfriendly individuals I have ever talked with. But that's not as big of a deal as how they actually fix things. I had a rough running chainsaw so I brought it to them. They said they fixed it, I believed them and then didn't use it for a few weeks. Once I tried using it again it ran horribly, I would say almost worse than it was beforehand. I brought it back in figuring they would make good on their repair. No such luck, they charged me again. After a discussion on how they think they could charge me again they said it's been a few weeks and they did some extra service on it. So I paid another 40 bucks for 5 minutes of work. Now should I have tried it in the parking lot, yes I most certainly should have. But I really didn't think a company could mess it up twice. But boy, was I wrong. I get it home, try to use it and it runs just as bad as it did. After calling to complain, I was told they would look at it for free but not fix it for free even though I already paid them twice. I was then told to never go there again and was hung up on. After telling a coworker to never set foot in there he had me bring it to him and had it running great in 10 minutes for free. Stay clear of this place unless you want your equipment to run worse than it does.
