Most other local shops will be 3-6 weeks for repairs and/or boat deliveries (sitting on their lots no less). Bob, Bill & the crew work nights, weekends & holidays to get things handled ASAP. Whoever heard of an owner of a shop working 4th of July setting up orders, working the parts counter and delivering boats - no matter how many hours it takes? This is the 3rd time I've taken my boat here and not disappointed one bit…read more The first time was for a cooling issue another shop in Grand Rapids claimed was fixed but it the cooling stream was not present. Offshore took a look and said it definitely had an issue and needed a water pump impeller. Problem fixed. The second time was for a hull wet sand, polish and wax. Looked great. This last time was for an oil alarm. It was fixed the next day and price was very reasonable on all 3 visits and very quick service. Thank you.
