They no longer have anyone answering the phone, you can leave a message which it appears no one monitors. I'm quitting this overpriced overhyped company and going elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money!

Four years ago, I contacted several companies because we were having issues with bees and wasps. Smitter gave me the most cost-effective quote for treatment of the bees and wasps and set me up for service. We repeatedly had issues with the bugs coming back over the years and had to call them to come back out. When I contacted them recently, I was told by a new office worker that the service we signed up for does not include treatment of bees and wasps and we would need to pay an additional $142 fee. When I asked her to look back at our file to see that we had originally only sought treatment for bees and wasps. She indicated that she did not work there at the time I started with the and couldn't help me. They refused to go back and look at our file as to what was originally requested or try to make it right. I would not recommend and if you do use the service, please double check and look up the paperwork carefully to make sure they're spraying the appropriate products for your needs. Their word cannot be trusted. At this point, we've probably paid them over $1500 and they have not provided any of the service that we requested. We also now have siding damage from the bees that were never properly treated.

I had been hearing scratching and scampering above me for weeks. I hired Eric, and he has been nothing less than fully committed, non-stop, determined to find and catch whatever animals were causing me such anxiety. After only one reasonable payment, he has come to my house as often as necessary, replacing traps, trying new ideas, etc. Until tonight, around 9 pm, i heard the newest trap snap, and behold, a large raccoon was caught. I had been texting Eric whenever i heard noises, over these many weeks, so texted him this night, and he came right out and took care of the animal right away. He has been amazingly helpful and i would recommend him to anyone!

The house is a vacation rental so we needed the work done before the renters came. They scheduled Matt to come a few days later. The technicians that came each time were different and did not know where they were supposed to spray. It was clearly highlighted on our contract but they said they didn't or couldn't see the paperwork. Absolutely unacceptable because that is how the company bases their charges. Be home when treatment is being applied.
