We were on hole six what a disgruntled ranger rolled up on us. At this time there was no group…read morebehind us. In fact on the previous par 3 hole the group was just getting to the Teebox on the par three the hole before when we were actually walking off the green. The unnecesarily rude and aggresive ranger told us we "need to play faster you're holding up the groups the groups behind they are complaining and everyone's behind because of you if you don't finish hole number 9 by 940 AM we're going to make you skip the 10th hole you can't play slow Meanwhile The course is allowing fivesomes we started our 7:20 AM round at 7:36 because a twosome went off in front of us playing the black tees and we were on pace for a two hour nine holes and a four hour rounds . we actually finished our round in four hours even after the morbidly obese angry, guy did not politely ask us if we were playing at the pace of play, accused us of playing slow and threaten to take away some of the golf round. We simply played at the same pace, and finished a four hour round with the group behind us two holes behind. He stalked us for a bout two holes and went on with his curmudgeony ways. It totally uncalled for inaccurate unprofessional and inappropriate I will no longer patronize this course or overpay for a round to be harassed by someone who doesnt understand how golf works because he a sad obese angry old man.

He talked down to my girlfriend to the point she was CRYING in front of other guest at an event. He locked me out of the portal to book tee times when people weekly dont show up for their golf scheduled. I have the voicemail he left me if anyone would like to hear the way he talks to his members. Ive been double charged the last 2 months and he will not refund my credit card and Im out $1500 right now. Ive asked 3x for help and he holds a grudge against people. Save your money go to Wyandot, bent tree, or somewhere else for $40 and save your money. If this is how upper management will allow their so called managers to run a private club, you are wasting your money Let's talk food, Ive never had a carry out meal come as ordered. Good luck getting food also within 30-45 minutes of when you order. Last time we sat down I dont think drinks came out for 10-15 minutes when I was entertaining and food at least a half hour after. Id suggest saving your money and going to a profession operation like The Lakes or Medallion who actually cares about the member and the experience. I hope this just is enough to make sure you are aware before signing up and spending your hard earned money. Spend a little more and go somewhere you feel good and have good people around you

We play the front nine with no issues. Make the the turn for the back nine and there at least three groups in front of us. We call the Pro Shop and they tell us " yes there is an afternoon early league and we were supposed to start on the back nine! None of this information was told to us when we checked in. The twosome behind us were never told either. No apologies were said or offered. What a way to screw up your golf round. From what we have heard that is the norm at Oakhaven Golf Club. You better ask all the questions the next time you make a tee time at Oakhaven. All they want is your money!

Coming into the course, I was on some ole' Ohio back roads but it opened up once near the course. The front nine was loaded with trees left and right of the fairways so drivers had to stay low and roll. Not many straight up Par 4's, more dog legs of anything. The Par 3 on hole 7 had the only water on the front 9 so it's very dry. The back nine I would say it more difficult. More water on the Par 3 into a Par 5. More bunkers and more trees. You really don't need driver on majority Par 4's as you may be in trouble. 4-5-6 iron off the tee would work best. Overall, good course and solid gem in north western Columbus area.

She bosses you around and instantly makes your mood drop. Play is very slow even on a Monday non league night or morning. The course itself is decent, greens are nice but a lot of patchy spots in fairways and ruff. Half of the carts brakes even work! And being the home course of a major champion, I wonder why it isn't up to par. Mill Creek needs a big change and building an addition to add simulators instead of using that money to better the course just shows how all that they care about is money. I hope that one day mill creek changes it's ways and get rid of that old hag at the front desk!!

Great public course I've played on several occasions with great friends from the surrounding area…read more It has always been in great shape and can be very challenging if you under don't manage the course. Their are some birdie opportunities so it is possible to shoot some low scores. The greens run true and the speed can vary depending on the weather but they always seem to hold okay. There are a few holes that can frustrate you if you let them especially if you try and kill the ball instead of playing the hole in regulation you will know these holes when you stand on the tee box don't be tempted. The club house has decent food and good service and the pro shop can provide you with anything you may have forgotten to bring but a low score. I hope to have a few more rounds here in the future.

Rolling Meadows is a great, fun golf course. As befits it's name, it is a relatively flat (rolling…read moremeadow) course without any hills and valleys. It is, however, a LONG course and one we refer to as a "gotta get a cart" course. We walked 18 holes here - but it's a long walk and you really might want to consider a cart. The course is VERY WELL maintained and the greens, the freeways and the t-boxes were all in great condition. Unlike many courses that have let their sand traps deteroriate - the traps at Rolling Meadows actually had sand in them and also appeared well-maintained, The staff in the clubhouse is great - very pleasant and helpful. Cost for 18 holes is very reasonable.

On May 26th, I golfed with a friend I hadn't seen in a long time. I chose Safari because it's the…read morehalfway point for both of us & we had played it in the past. The course itself is pretty good. It's maintained well and fun to play. However, none of that matters much when the experience is ruined by the staff. It started before we even began playing. The guy in the clubhouse was very unfriendly & actually rude. We tried to engage him in friendly small talk.....that wasn't happening. He didn't even look at us. Even rolled his eyes at one point. Then we get to the first tee & wait to tee off. And wait, and wait, and wait. We didn't get to tee off until 12 mins after our scheduled tee time. The pace of play was slow the whole round. Yet, oddly, the ranger appeared behind us multiple times to hurry us along. We were being rushed into the back of the group in front of us the entire round. This was completely unnecessary since there was no group behind us all day! It felt like we were being stalked by the ranger all day. It was unnerving & definitely did not make for an enjoyable day! We noticed that the staff were setting up tables next to all the tee boxes behind us. This made it obvious that we were being rushed off the course so they could get ready for an event. To put the icing on the cake, we ended the round trying to golf around 4 grounds keepers on the 18th hole. 3 men were using weed eaters around the stream in THE MIDDLE OF THE FAIRWAY and the 4th man was driving through the fairway on a Gator. None of them attempted to move or even acknowledge us. We had to hit our shots over the stream with the workers weed eating in it. They didn't even shut down their machines while we hit. It's like we weren't even there. The guy in the Gator even parked the vehicle in the middle of the cart path & we had to drive off the path to get around it. We really felt as though our time, money & experience didn't matter to anyone we encountered that day. It was as though we were inconveniencing the staff by being there. They obviously had to get ready for an event & that's all they were concerned with. What should have been a great day of golf with a friend I hadn't seen in a while, ended up being a terrible experience for us both! I'm not one to write poor reviews. Rest assured, I would have addressed these issues with staff at the end of our round if the guy in the clubhouse had been at all approachable.
