Today, I went in convinced I was going to need a brake job, maybe shocks and an oil change. I got the estimate on my phone (that's really convenient) but it didn't show a brake job or shocks. I figured there would be a separate invoice for those coming. So you can imagine my surprise when I was told that my brakes and shocks were fine. What? No gouging or running up the bill? Nope. That's integrity and it can be elusive in any business these days. Hell, my wife takes her own car to Robertson in Glenpool because she trusts them! That says a lot when a woman isn't afraid she'll be lied to about repairs because she might not know better. To be honest, there was a charge that I hadn't asked for on the ticket. A fresh air filter! I knew it was way, way past due for replacement but I spaced it. Robertsons caught it and "I ain't even mad, Bro!" The takeaway from this review is simple. You can trust the staff at Robertsons in Glenpool. You might not like what they have to tell you but they're not going to lie to you. Their prices are reasonable.
