These people are playing around with your property. Do you really want your property damaged and them not care? Because that's what they'll do. My car was dropped on a busy avenue only for them to mock me and lie to their last known insurance company. They will reply with a generic customer service message deflecting accountability because that's the type of people they are. Do not use them. Seriously. Don't. I am happy my other cars weren't damaged but this is ridiculous. Less than 1k worth of damages that the insurance companies could have handled and these resort to damaging customer property. Lying to a customer. These people are taking money and hooping their drivers don't damage your cars or equipment or anything else. STICK TO AARP. They require their people to be insured and check it. These people do not deserve to be in business and need to be shut down. My previous rating was 5/5 and the same driver that damaged this vehicle towed my other car(s). I used to recommend them to other shops and mechanics just in case but after this? Absolutely not: (previous rating) Only ones worth the cost. They've towed 3 or 4 of my cars and will be towing another one soon. Only ones that treat my cars with respect and communicate clearly and consistently.
