My car was dropped on a busy avenue only for them to mock me and lie to their last known insurance company. They will reply with a generic customer service message deflecting accountability because that's the type of people they are. Do not use them. Seriously. Don't. I am happy my other cars weren't damaged but this is ridiculous. Less than 1k worth of damages that the insurance companies could have handled and these resort to damaging customer property. Lying to a customer. These people are taking money and hooping their drivers don't damage your cars or equipment or anything else. STICK TO AARP. They require their people to be insured and check it. These people do not deserve to be in business and need to be shut down. My previous rating was 5/5 and the same driver that damaged this vehicle towed my other car(s).
