His invoice is fraudulent with charges for flares and special handling. It was confirmed to be a shakedown when my AAA tow truck driver that took the trailer to a repair facility near OKC from Stroud told me that it shouldn't have been over $100. Steve saw my desperate situation (disabled in the slow lane) and stepped on my throat. I would never recommend this unethical excuse for a human being.

I got them recorded telling me where they towed it from and honestly I don't blame them. all I did was ask them for the photos of where they towed my car from and they have done nothing but give me the run around. they could easily wipe their hands of it if they did nothing wrong with proof of pre tow pictures. they refused so I have to assume their insurance is liable. as well as the company for trying to protect their contract with the apartment complex. got the apartment on video lying as well and now they are just pointing the finger at each other and nothing telling me that it's the other one's fault . either way I'm suing away on this one and they can fight it out in court. if anyone has had similar experiences please get back with me so we can add to it.

I was told $230 by their AI receptionist but when I go to pick it up 2 days later; the price skyrocketed to $387 dollars. I wish I was lying. They are absolute crooks and they could give 2 f$&ks if you ever get your car back. I honestly feel like they do everything in their power to cheat you and keep your car longer. No one would tell me how damaged my car was so after I paid $387 to get it back; I find out that it's immobile and I need to have it towed back home. it was $220 or 4.5 miles. I just paid $600 to retrieve my stolen vehicle from this place.
