I got them recorded telling me where they towed it from and honestly I don't blame them. all I did was ask them for the photos of where they towed my car from and they have done nothing but give me the run around. they could easily wipe their hands of it if they did nothing wrong with proof of pre tow pictures. they refused so I have to assume their insurance is liable. as well as the company for trying to protect their contract with the apartment complex. got the apartment on video lying as well and now they are just pointing the finger at each other and nothing telling me that it's the other one's fault . either way I'm suing away on this one and they can fight it out in court. if anyone has had similar experiences please get back with me so we can add to it.

Long over due review. I'll start off by saying the focused repair work was great. Repaired spot was…read moredone very well. The car came back to us with what I believe was an exterior detail. Very clean and shiny. Now the bad. Last year I had scheduled out the repairs on my car. When I dropped it off they were supposed to have the replacement parts and I would have the car back fairly quickly. This did happen they had the car for weeks and it took me a while to get a response from someone on why it was taking longer. I finally got a call from someone who said that the replacement door had been damaged in shipping and they were having a hard time finding another. He was very apologetic and said that I would only be charged cost for the work and I'd get the car back asap. They got the car done and I picked it up. It looked great. I was charged full price, but I did not push back on that. First issue I noticed was they had removed my antenna and left it resting on my wipers. Thankfully I saw it before it was lost or damaged my vehicle. Next issue I saw was, the car had window visors. Since they were replacing a door I said don't worry about replacing that just remove all of them for me. They did but they left all the foamy glue that held it on, on the other door. The next issue was that they failed to secure a wire harness inside the door they fixed so now when you open or close it you can very much hear it banging around in the door. And the final issue is the car has proximity thing where when you have the keys on you you can unlock the car by pushing a button on the handle to unlock and lock it. It worked when we took the car and and it doesn't work now on the door they fixed. Works on the passenger door still. Overall all great repair work, just some lack of attention to detail in some areas and lack of follow through on a customer service side for the charges.
