We drove the last 60 miles into Tulsa at 47 mph. We got our vehicle to Tim the following morning. He helped us with a ride to the rental car place. We went on to our vacation. Tim stayed in touch with us. We had to make a separate trip to pick up our vehicle after it was fixed due to factors outside anyone's control. Tim walked us through the whole process. This was after several HOURS waiting with my vehicle after dark in a sketchy part of town as the contract wrecker kept delaying my service and I was FRUSTRATED. The assistance staff were actually happy to get the referral from me because they are nationally based and need local recommendations. GWS services are at least comparable and many times better cost than other area wreckers.
