We feel very fortunate to have found and been able to work with dRemodeling to renovate our kitchen…read moreand 2 bathrooms. Throughout the process we have been struck by the craftsmanship, attention to detail, excellent level of communication and clear desire to make us happy ("we just want to see you smile") that we have experienced. All of the other 5 star reviews have aptly captured the experience that we did, so I will not go into as great detail as I normally would. The design process was easy - our designer asked pertinent questions that helped us hone our visions and thoughts into reality. We felt seen and heard, in terms of defining our wants, needs, finances, etc. Demolition was extremely fast, and the teams made sure to keep the house as clean as possible throughout the entire process. Each person who worked on our house demonstrated a dedication to quality, and whenever an issue arose, it was rapidly addressed and remedied. The workmanship is noteworthy. When it came down to the final punch list, and fixing the minor details (I tend to be fastidious and overly observant about the detail work), there was no issue, and the work was beautifully completed. The billing and payment process is comprehensive, very clearcut and very easy to understand and follow from the outset, which also made the experience seamless. I would like to mention that dRemodeling has a cleaning team that they have clean the areas that have not only been worked on but also impacted by the construction. We found that they are now offering the cleaning team as a separate service, called dReal Deal Clean. It was a no-brainer to sign up for future ongoing cleaning services, knowing that they have the same ownership, and high standards. We will unhesitatingly hire dRemodeling for any future remodeling needs.

I had my kitchen and bathroom remodeled last year. It turned out ok, definitely some things that…read morewere not sloppy at the end when they were just trying to finish. Floors are now uneven, seems are not finished, tile is sloppily placed in the bathroom. The timeline was not as promised, took an extra 2 months; which doesn't seem like that much but I live in a 1000sq condo--It was not a massive remodel. The project was delayed because they got the wrong permits which took and extra 3-4 weeks. I liked the designer I worked with (Emma I think). The manager for my project was absolutely awful at communicating and never reached out to let me know how the project was going and why there were delays-- except in two EMAILS. They would leave the basement door open and the back door unlocked. When we had the final checklist, my "manager" came in with about 10 things he thought they still needed to do, mine had over 40, including things like the trim that was not done. I really wanted to like this company since the designer was so great, but the construction part of the company I would not recommend.

We were looking to do a complete Kitchen renovation…read moreand add a bathroom on the first floor, so we reached out to Airy Kitchens because we felt they could do it all--design, build oversight, and Project Management. Beginning from the Design portion of the process, Sean and his team were timely and communicative. They nailed exactly what we wanted for our kitchen reno (color! functionality!) with minimal revisions. They introduced us to a contractor we knew we could trust, who ultimately did a great job. The biggest bang for our buck was the Project Management portion of the project. Kameron and Nancy took care of every detail--ordering appliances, making sure they had arrived on time, and coordinating with all of the different tradespeople. The project was completed on schedule and the kitchen is gorgeous. What's better--the renovation process was not a headache at all. I keep dreaming up more projects to do with Airy Kitchens because I so enjoyed the process of working with them. Their pricing feels fair and we got a great value for our money by working with Airy Kitchens.

Airy Kitchens design portfolio was beautiful and fresh looking. It was clear they didn't have a cookie cutter approach and we loved that. It was just what we needed to redesign our space. Sean listened to our wish list and inspirations and delivered a design that exceeded our expectations. They were also able to make the entire process feel seamless from start to finish, working closely with their preferred vendors and construction team. We are so thrilled with the new kitchen and get rave reviews from our family and friends. Thank you Airy Kitchens for bringing this to life! It came out even better than we could have imagined.

We did not have an appointment but stopped in to look at some tiles for our kitchen backsplash for our pied-a-terre in NY. We have been looking online at cle tile, etc. but since we happened to be driving by this store in Chestnut Hill, I thought we could see some tiles in person, and see if there was anything interesting we were missing. Salesperson was incredibly condescending and talked down to us, to the point where I became so uncomfortable we made an excuse and walked out abruptly. (I want to add this is just the one salesperson that was unpleasant. We did not interact with the others.)

We chatted for a while about what I was looking for and what my budget was. She spent probably an hour with me, offering options and price quotes, not to mention creating her own designs for the backsplash based on the photos of my kitchen I showed her. I came away from the store with FREE samples (with my credit card # held just in case I make a run for it!) and a written out quote with everything we discussed. I was so, so happy with Garden State Tile and I don't know when I'll tile anything again, but the second I do, I'm going here!

I've talked to other designers about sound concerns before, but their advice has mostly been "have you tried curtains?" Stephanie had clear, practical advice and a partner she trusted -- and her solutions were far less expensive than I had been fearing! She's great at keeping a project moving, and we had substantial improvements in a very short period of time. The kitchen in particular is a much more enjoyable place to spend time. On the whole, the space is much brighter, quieter, and has much more positive energy. We have 2 other children in the house daily with a learning pod, and I'm very happy we did this project. Once we started knocking down the noise level, it was clear what a big impact it was having on us!

She heard me. She "got" me. And from there we went from room to room and she helped me identify what the bottom line problems were. Wrong color here, furniture needed rearranging there. She helped me figure out what was right for ME and sent me a beautifully designed plan for getting there. My rooms are beautiful for me now, and they work. Her service is not just design, it's love; how to love your home again!
