Vince and his team remodeled our kitchen from floor to ceiling. The work was done in the estimated time and we absolutely love the finished product. I would and have recommended Glenn Construction to family, friends and coworkers. read more

Glenn Construction renovated two of my bathrooms, the master and a hallway bathroom. Throughout the project, communication was clear on timing, possible options, and the professionalism throughout was top-notch. Every day the work area was left in great condition, and the hallway floors were protected as materials were transported in and out. The quote was reasonable & clear. I highly recommend Glenn Construction and would love to use them again for any future projects read more

We were fortunate to have Vince work on our kitchen for multiple reasons. Having never hired a GC, I was really hoping we made the right decision. Fortunately, he made it a great experience from giving us a reasonable quote on the spot, to lining up all his contractors in an organized and timely matter, and having great communication throughout the whole remodel. We just purchased our home and needed a wall knocked down to open up the floor plan. What started off at just that, we ended up remodeling the entire kitchen from the floor to the ceiling. If you're looking for a remodel of any sort, Vince and his guys will do a thorough job. From the demo, to the new drywall, electrical (Jeff), tile flooring and backsplash (George), countertop fabrication (Jose), custom cabinets (Chuck-highly recommend), cabinet paint job (Carlos), it really came out just perfect and the turn around time was appropriately quick! Everything went smoothly and is now everything we wanted. I'd highly recommend Glenn Construction! read more

These guys were absolutely fantastic! We had to do a massive kitchen remodel, starting with replacing a gas oven with an electric one. They had to run a new line through the kitchen ceiling out into the garage, and finally out to the box. Had to make a lot of cuts in the drywall. We also replaced the lighting over the kitchen island. They also painted a spare bedroom, and repaired some water damage that occurred near one of the windows. Everyone was very professional, and they were able to squeeze us in even though they were slammed. I can't say enough about how everything turned out. They did everything we asked, and if something was a little off, they came right back out and fixed it, no problem. It's just a real pleasure working with such pros. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much Vince for everything! read more

In January 2019, part of our roof leaked with the heavy rains. We also installed lights in another part of the ceiling and we needed it repaired. Glenn construction was able to come out right away and fix both areas for a reasonable price. This was our second time calling Vince out. Glenn Construction again contained the mess and cleaned up after so that we could still live in the space in the evenings after the work was done for the day. Because it was still raining during the time of the work, the drywall fix wasn't perfect at first, but he and one of his guys came back out and fixed it and it's perfect! You can tell it's really important to him that the job is done right inside and out and that the client is happy when he's done. Just like in the first job, they were able to match our paint color perfectly again! I'm so glad we called them back out. read more

Vince and his crew did a complete kitchen remodel. Back to the wall studs. He assisted with contacts in the community to get our appliances when we could not find them. His calm demeanor kept us focused through the process. HE ANSWERS HIS PHONE OR CALLS BACK QUICKLY!!! It is difficult to express how important that was. There were times we needed his input to finish something else-he was there. He brought his trailer to haul construction debris on his own time-WHEN IT WAS ANOTHER PERSON DOING A SEPARATE JOB!! He coordinated with the subcontractors so we knew what was happening and when to expect them. I wholeheartedly recommend Vince Glenn. We now have a kitchen that is the center of our home. read more

Vince did a really fine job for us putting in a doggie door. He made sure it wasn't too high for my aging dog, and ensured that the look of the door on both the inside and outside of the house were done well. Truth be told, this was a super small job for such an experienced contractor, so I just appreciate the time that he took to do the work for us. I'm now finding myself using him again...to repair my upstairs ceiling after a roof leak from some recent torrential rains, and to patch up some walls after some plumbing repairs. Glad I found Vince (Glenn Construction) on Yelp, b/c now he's my "go to" guy! read more

Another fantastic job done by Vince and his crew. This time a kitchen remodel. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Next up a master bath redo. read more

We wanted to remove our big oval tub and have a walk-in shower installed. We choose Glenn Construction because of the wonderful reviews they had. Vince and his team definitely lived up to their reviews. They were all professional, polite and did beautiful work. We are very pleased with our new shower. We have already hired them to paint our living room and family room. I strongly recommend Glenn Construction for any upcoming projects you might have. read more

Vince was a great contractor to work with. He remodeled my elderly Mom's bathroom and kitchen. He did what he said, was on time with what he promised, and everything came out beautiful! I would highly recommend. read more

We have a huge primary bathroom that was the only thing we didn't get around to remodeling when we moved in in 2019, because of the pandemic. It was already in bad shape and outdated but got even worse when the ceiling tiles in the steam shower fell and the roof above it developed a leak during the rains. We looked around for contractors and after meeting with a few, we decided on Vince. Not only did he come highly recommended from a couple of friends, my husband, who had worked in construction at one point, was impressed with Vince's knowledge. The bathroom was a complete gut job and we were not disappointed by Vince's renovation work! Vince was fantastic. He was professional, responsive and indeed knew his stuff. He didn't just supervise, he got in there himself and worked at times. He was patient when we had to change/redo a couple of big things that weren't planned for because we ran into issues from the previous renovation. (Life is like a renovation site, you never know what you're gonna get). All his craftspeople were excellent. We had all the cabinets and vanities torn out and rebuilt and even had a makeup vanity built in. His cabinet person Chuck did quality work. His tile person Jorge was a true artist. He didn't just slap on tiles, he made sure the layout was elegant and aesthetically pleasing. It really was a beautiful job. Vince and his crew really helped us realize our vision - transforming our out-of-date, rundown, 90's bathroom into the zen-like spa retreat it is now. And all for a very reasonable price! Thanks Vince! read more

Amazing work!!! Fast and easy to communicate with... highly recommend. Did my bathroom/ full kitchen remodel and new flooring.... Very honest and upfront through whole process read more

Hired Glenn Construction to lay new tile flooring, baseboards, and hang a new back door. They contracted out for the flooring, which, as far as I can tell, they did a good job and I have had no problems with. Baseboards: Initially, it appeared they had done a good job. But as time has gone by I'm noticing it's actually sloppy work. There's paint in several areas on the tile. The baseboards don't fully rest against the tile - this has resulted in an increase of bugs getting in. I now have ants and spiders when before I very rarely ever saw either. In the corners where the baseboards meet there is now cracking. At the top of the baseboards some areas are resting closer to the wall than others. Door: I needed my original swinging door to be replaced due to the outer pane being shattered by the lovely neighbors son when he threw rocks at it. A near identical door was found (great!). As far as I can tell it was hung fine, however, the paint job done on it is very poor. Sloppy and noticeable brush strokes can be seen. Also, it doesn't close all the way. In order to ensure it's fully closed I have to lock the dead bolt. Which isn't a huge deal, but does become annoying. There's other work I'm wanting done on my home but I think I'll be shopping around for another contractor. read more

Glenn Construction has finished the first phase of work on my house, paint and repair of the exterior wood and stucco. They arrived promptly, gave an estimate, and got to work. They kept in touch daily and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. They even made creative suggestions that saved me money. What I thought would be an unpleasant chore for me turned out to be a fairly quick and painless first project. I learned it's important to communicate exactly what you're looking for and what you expect, and Glenn Construction listened and came through beautifully. read more

Great Company and Great Work! I hired Vince of Glenn Construction, to remodel my bathroom. I wanted someone in Santa Clarita, that was trustworthy and professional to do the work. Vince evaluated the project and provided a few options. He provided an estimate, no add ons or up selling. After reviewing this company's Yelp reviews, I knew Glenn Construction, was the right company for my bathroom remodel. The wokers were on time, polite, respectful and professional. They cleaned up the site after the job was done. The bathroom came out amazing! Thanks Vince for the great work!!! read more

Although Vince never did any work at my house, he was quick to give a quote and tell me my options. After discussing my options, I chose not to have the work done for now, but I truly appreciated his honesty. I will definitely call him in the future when I need a good contractor. read more

Glenn Construction was the easiest contractor company we've ever worked with. Vince was very responsive and helpful. Received a call back within a couple of hours after contacting him and his crew was able to start the following week. We were in need of minor facia repair, stucco work, and exterior paint. His crew was efficient, thorough, and professional. His painter, Juan Velez, was particularly a pleasure to work with. He's passionate about his job, very detailed and his suggestions enhanced the overall look. Vince and his team exceeded our expectations and our house looks great. I would highly recommend! read more

After starting negotiations with another contractor and not having a good feeling, I went to yelp. I interviewed three contractors one of them being Glenn Construction I was very happy with his suggestions, estimates and workmanship. The team he has working with him are amazing. No job too big or small, Glenn Construction is the superior choice for all you home needs. My honey do list had be growing exponentially over the years and it finally came to a head when we recently decided to place our house for sale. It needed a makeover from top to bottom. I went through a cadre of "handyman" and suffered disappointment after agonizing disappointment. Ultimately my wife found Glenn Construction on YELP and I met with Vince the next day. He was on time, super professional and was very genuine. He understood my needs and didn't try to persuade me into a bath remodel or room addition. He understood the real estate market and went right to work with his team of experts. In less than a week they had transformed my house into a turnkey home ready to place on the market. The quality was superior, and they left the house each night very neat and tidy. I really liked the crew they were polite and professional. I give them my highest recommendation. Think twice before hiring a handyman, you get what you pay for and if someone is injured on the job, you're liable. Cheers, Tony C read more

I was in search of a handyman who could fix my collapsed sink and I read all the reviews on Yelp about Glenn Construction. I called and spoke to Vince who was personable and said he could come over and look at my project as soon as was available. I said I was available now and he did not hesitate to come over. He looked at the sink and I feared the worst... the whole kitchen island, cabinet, sink installation was failing due to water damage. He gave me a quote which I was of course not looking to pay for an entire island but I felt his price was fair and he recommended another client to talk to just down the street who had the exact same model home as I and had a similar situation. She was available and had nothing but great things to say about Vince. I hired him shortly after. After they started the island demolition I began to realize there were so many other little things that needed fixing/updating. No problem for Vince, he took care of everything and I was very happy with everything he and his people did. Overall he was fair, courteous, prompt, trustworthy and did excellent work. Thanks so much Vince for my new kitchen, bathroom, tile floors etc. read more

Highly recommend Glenn Construction for any small or large home project. Vince, the owner, is always on time, dependable and honest. He has done several handyman home repair jobs for me: installing baseboards, new toilets, replacing fascia on the front of the house, painting and hanging cabinets. He is always friendly, respectful and honest. His rates are great too. They just don't come any better than Vince from Glenn Construction... you don't need to look any further for a great construction/handyman. Thanks Vince for all your help! read more

Glenn is the best contractor around. He is master craftsman who really cares about the work he does and the people he works for. In addition to being able to build anything beautifully, his prices are fair. Glenn and his crew are friendly, reliable and work with a lot of integrity. Glenn did our kitchen, great room, basement, and 3 bathrooms. Everything came out perfect. We've worked with contractors before on major projects before, and we had no idea how well a renovation could go until we worked with Glenn. He is done on time, and goes the extra mile. I highly recommend Glenn Construction for any construction project. After finding excellent reviews on the "next Door" site we hired them to make some significantly large repairs to our house in Newhall. The owner Vince Glenn was very up front about what needed to be done, and he listened to my concerns and ideas and then came up with excellent detailed plans of what needed to be done. I found Vince extremely honest, professional, easy to work with, competent, and extremely knowledgeable at his trade. Vince was present and working with his team almost all of the time they were present. Vince always answered his phone right away whenever I had questions. My repairs and construction job required expertise in many aspects of construction at our house. From framing, waterproofing, stucco, structural repairs, tile work, drywall painting etc. all of which got done in a great and timely manner. I do a lot of my own repairs , and have had many contractors doing projects too, but I found Glenn construction to be by far the best company I have ever seen or worked with. Their prices are fair, their work is excellent, on time, clean and the quality is fantastic. Vince is knowledgeable about whatever he is working on and always kept me updated on whatever aspect of the job he was working on. A wonderful person to work with. Like many musicians construction companies tend to be a bit flaky but Vince and his team of guys definitely break that stereo stype. Vince is full of integrity, he's honest, on time, and is creatively competent. He took our 1980's looking bathrooms and made them look like a luxury hotel bathrooms complete with all the beautiful amenities: custom tile, jacuzzi, steam shower all beautifully and perfectly installed by Vince and his team. We purchased a house in Stevenson Ranch and needed some work done to be completed in the two weeks before we moved in, including a shower re-done and a patio cover with extensive dry rot rebuilt. We were new to the area, so we used online reviews to locate a few contractors to talk to. We chose Vince Glenn because he was able to give us an estimate on the spot and was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. When we got possession of the property, we decided to add quite a number of things to the list. Vince was incredibly accommodating and quickly set up painting, countertops and a number of other smaller items we hadn't initially intended on doing. Within that two weeks, everything was done beautifully and professionally. Vince was very communicative throughout the process and sent pictures all along the way as we were out of the area just to keep us up to date on the progress. I work with contractors all the time in my business and Vince's level of professionalism is among the best I've worked with. I'd highly recommend him. read more
