Did be not wipe down seats. Did not wipe down mats. There were few cars for a Wednesday morning. Poor quality wash.

Brought my Tesla here and I was told that I had to pay 33$ because they can't put it through the machine and have to do the clean totally by hand. The kid that did the cleaning completely missed the interior (no vacuum nor evidence of hand clean) and did a subpar job on the exterior. Cherry on top is that they forgot to put the scent I asked for. Stay away from this place. read more

I had a hand wash her for $35 dollars. They did a phenomenal job on my car. This is by far the best car wash that I have been to In 30 years. They do as good of a job as I would do on my own car. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I strongly recommend this business if you want a good car wash. read more

Followed the map here and realized it didn't look too nice on the outside but wanted to give it a try anyway since it's a hand car wash so the employees could be great! I parked under the arch that tells you the prices next to two other cars with everything open as though someone had been vacuuming them. I sat for a bit and looked around. 21.95 for regular wash and vacuum! Sat a bit longer, not a single employee in sight. Saw someone walking out, and pass me to go to the auto shop next door... I'm not sure if they have employees here? And after waiting a bit longer, I left... I'm not sure what the deal is but didn't seem like there was anyone there washing cars? read more

Mo and staff are amazing. I have going there for 25 years. They do a great job on my cars. Prices are competitive for services

Great service good prices honest and reliable The staff are friendly and attentive quality and value read more

They did a solid job and the price is good. I just think they could've been more detailed as certain parts inside of the center and cup holder were still a bit dirty/dusty but not too bad. I would be back bc it's a good price but it's not a perfect clean read more

First off I want to start off by saying the owner Mo and the wonderful woman working the register Fay are the most amazing, nicest people. Their customer service is A1. My husband and I have been going here for 2 years and every time we've came we feel so welcome. They even offer us drinks and make sure we're satisfied with the service. The car wash itself is always impeccable. Very clean, affordable, and always done in a timely manner. I've never had to complain not even 1 time about the wash. Excellent service. If I could give more than 5 stars here I would!! read more

This isn't my first time coming here and being disappointed. It's just in such a convenient location but I rather drive around in a dirty car for a couple weeks before coming back here again. The gentleman who helped me today was nice and was talking to me about how to remove a scratch on the outside of my car once he finished and closed the doors before calling me over. His interest in my car made it seem like he genuinely cared but the poor effort on his job on the inside made me regret giving him a tip. I think he actually finessed me like talking me up so I forget to double check his work and I had him a tip, hop in my car and feel played when I paid extra to sit in my equally same dirty car. Didn't ask for a full on detail but definitely need some better work ethics because this was lazy. read more

I waited 2 hours for my car to be dirty still, to top it off the money grabbing couple gave me a little tree to ignore the fact they left my car dirty, bro RUNNN, I'd do it myself way better for way less money. It's true but the owner just wants your money and acts like he's giving you top tier service. (And it looked like they were digging through my things) read more

I've been to this car wash before but it's been a while. Their "Thursday special" is the same as regular cost if you're in a truck. Had to ask them to wipe down several missed spots and dirt drips. The bed cover, bumper and tailgate were filthy. They wiped down the spots and bumper with a bad attitude. Made me feel like I was being difficult. The windows and passenger mirror are dirty still too. I overpaid 100% for this wash. Should have just shot it with a garden hose and squirted cheap perfume myself rather than pay $24 +tip. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

*DO NOT COME GET A CAR WASH AT THIS PLACE !! ** Worst service ever ! I've been coming here regularly for my car washes and the way they treat their loyal customers is ridiculous. After my car wash there was a major scratching on my rims , that was not there before. So brought it up to the owners attention and he was so rude about the whole situation Avoid this place at all cost! read more

Great service. They detailed my Cadillac to perfection. Not one spot interior and exterior including trunk and under hood.

Worst car wash I have ever been to. It was a little expensive but I was ok with that just needed a car wash. I went to leave and my car was just as dirty inside as it was when I came in and it had already been a hour I had to go. I noticed 3 people asking them to get spots off cars when their car was ready and they just get frustrated and say everything's good now. I could of drive thru a gas station car wash and it would be just as good read more

Literally they moved my car mats just to look like the vacuumed, this place I spent $30 with tipping them and for what? The inside it was the heck I care about. I'm a college student and work hard and feel robbed by this place. They didn't do anything. There was literal a bottle of water & they left it in here. Like what ? read more

I have no idea why this place is rated so low. They did a great job on my car. I think this is one of those places only complainers review. The happy people go about there day. I pulled out to on yelp to give my mom the address and saw the rating. They do great work. read more

Worst car wash I have ever received. There was still trash in my car that I found, it wasn't wiped down, dust and sand were still on my seats. I just felt ripped off. Never coming back. read more

Poor service. Apparently they just removed the mats didn't vacuum underneath; didn't dust the interior, and definitely did not hand wash the hood. When I advised the attendant he was like "I don't understand." read more

Horrible experience. $30 car wash from hell... they did half ass job in the inside didn't vacuum the whole car. The quality of work is bad. The spray they use wasn't even completely wiped off. You can see spray mark/splash all over. I called to let them know I wasn't happy with the service return back to fix the issue and they end up scratching my door. Very disappointed. I don't recommend bringing your car here. read more

It's sad to have to get to the point of leaving a poor review as I've tried on multiple occasions to communicate the bad washes. Today was another example of a bad wash. This has been an issue for a few months now, prior to that it was always great. Usually get the hand wash, today for the third time in a row it's been a huge miss. Tires aren't washed, my front window is fully spotted, hard to get a pic of it but it's the entire front window. They were getting another complaint as I was leaving and I can understand why but it did distract me from checking my car thoroughly. I called to speak to them because I kept noticing more and more as I was walking it (for the second time, also called on a previous visit) and the owner comes on the phone and doesn't even let you get a word in, asks to bring it back right away to fix the issue which is a nice gesture but as I tried to describe to him that 1. I wasn't able to just drop everything to go back, and 2. This is a constant problem now. 40+ dollars down the drain everytime now. I'd love supporting a local business as much as I can but at this point it's just not worth it anymore. Better to find another place at this point and give my money to a business that cares and puts the effort. read more

There is really nothing special about this car wash - what you see is what you get, no frills. They do a decent job so if you're looking for a fairly quick and reasonable wash, this place is a good option. The outdoor seating area is ample but not ideal for a warm, sunny day because there isn't much shade available. There is a also a bit of indoor seating inside the cashier/store area so I recommend snatching that up if possible. read more

I almost didn't come because of the bad reviews but I'm glad I came! For 30 bucks they washed and dried the outside of my car and washed and vacuumed the inside of my cab as well! and I don't know what they did but the outside looks waxed and sun-spotless and delicious now, and the inside looks just as nice! Also, the lady in the waiting area is so sweet! They sell everything you need for your interior here and also snacks and they have massage chairs. And they're just so sweet and considerate! They also have every car fragrance known to man, and do a really cushy additional add-on service for $15, which was sooo worth it, where they conditioned my leather interior. I just have no complaints and I will return! read more

I've been going to this car wash for 30 years. Fredrico always greets me with a smile, he's so friendly. Today I took a vehicle that had been on a transport truck from Canada, and was just absolutely covered in road crime and bugs. For a very reasonable price, they made it shine with their hand wash service. I highly recommend! read more

Do Not. I repeat. Do not go to this car wash. They are thieves. They stole 40 dollars from the bottom of my center console. I know it was them because while I was pulling in the vacuum area I took 50 cents and a few Bobby pins out of the cup holder so they would be able to wipe it out and I put it in the first little pocket of the inside of my center console and that was gone too. I called the manager. He denies everything I showed up there the same day and he told me I'm crazy. He takes no responsibility for my stolen money. He thinks I'm going to go out of my way to accuse him of stealing 40 dollars. I know they stole it. Don't ever go here. I keep my big center console of my suv clean. It looked like it had been ravaged. This is not a good business. If he just gave me my money back I would not be writing this review. Do not trust them. read more

Took these pictures across the street after my car wash a couple of minutes ago. Rag and towel debris left all over my vehicle with water spots and drips left all over the vehicle. Terrible quality. Could have washed this car better with my eyes shut. This is the third time this happened. Here's a useful tip to the owner and managers. Please write this down, because this will save your dying business: STOP HIRING LAZY AND CROOKED EMPLOYEES AND THEN MAYBE YOUR BUSINESS WILL GROW. (By the way, they raised their prices from $17 for a super wash to now $19.99... and this is the quality... haha) read more

This car wash is understaffed and dirty. I waited in line to drop my car off to be vacuumed for 15 minutes while one man was vacuuming the cars. One man. The office is dirty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. I have been waiting for 15 minutes now and my car hasn't even come out of the wash. Meanwhile, the manager is arguing with an employee nearby. I'm sure the line personnel are going to do a good job cleaning the car (I hope so anyways), but management needs to clean this place up, and hire more workers. This is my first time trying this place because I have always gone to Bonita Country Car Wash in San Dimas. I literally took my SUV there before I brought my coupe here to give it a try. I don't think I'll be back. Same price at Bonita in San Dimas as I paid here, for much less of a wait. read more

I've came here twice now and received the same experience. The Management team and customer service were always polite and professional but the overall outcome of the wash was disappointing. For paying about $100 plus tip, the attention to detail and lack of completion of the wash isn't acceptable. Multiple surfaces in and out of the truck were dirty, the runner-boards completely untouched, seats were left pushed all the way forward and floor mats not placed back. It's safe to say I won't be bringing my business here any further. read more

Run!!! Don't waste your time or money on this place! I took my vehicle here to get a car wash and they cracked my windshield!! When peacefully brought to owners attention, he denied it and said it was like that! What??? He knew damn well it wasn't!! Then he proceeded to tell me to go through my insurance. Are you fuckin kidding me! Fuck you! I hope your business goes to shit! If you still decide to bring your car here, take before and after pictures. read more

Is this the car wash to bring your extremely well taken of perfection of a car or truck to to get washed or detailed? Probably not, as is the case with almost all car washes. If you think of your car as your prized possession then don't your vehicle to a car wash. Wash it yourself at home. I really mean this. IMHO This car wash is a good reliable car wash. Is my car or my truck perfection? No! If I had a brand new car I would probably wash it at home because I would be too paranoid to let someone else touch my car. Some, if not most of the negative reviews left for this wash are just that. New cars, expecting perfection for $20.00 Come on!!! read more

Really bad place honestly. One word to describe this PlAce: MEDIOCRE and For the price is not worth it. They don't vacuum your car really well and they use dirty towels to clean inside. I've brought my car here a few times. Never try to up sell me if it's not necessary. The guys are always nice and polite. The owner is very kind to me and my little one every time we come in. The prices are good, I have an suv, and TUES and thurs it's only 15.99. I think they always do a great job. They always make sure to take the finger prints off of my doors and leather seats. These are things that I look for, as well as clean windows. My windows are also always clean. I usually end up going around 3/4 in the afternoon and it's never busy at that time. I'm in and out with my toddler. read more

Sad to see this business continue to go downhill. This morning it 9 AM on Saturday about three or four cars in front of me with only two people actually working on drying the cars. The manager doing the vacuuming until someone else showed up in the process of my leaving my car. It is usually quite slow here. I only come here now when desperate. They have a sign up looking to hire people, like a lot of businesses. I sure hope they can improve. read more
