I had a hand wash her for $35 dollars. They did a phenomenal job on my car. This is by far the best car wash that I have been to In 30 years. They do as good of a job as I would do on my own car. I parked under the arch that tells you the prices next to two other cars with everything open as though someone had been vacuuming them. First off I want to start off by saying the owner Mo and the wonderful woman working the register Fay are the most amazing, nicest people. Their customer service is A1. My husband and I have been going here for 2 years and every time we've came we feel so welcome. They even offer us drinks and make sure we're satisfied with the service. The car wash itself is always impeccable. Very clean, affordable, and always done in a timely manner. I've never had to complain not even 1 time about the wash. Excellent service. This isn't my first time coming here and being disappointed. It's just in such a convenient location but I rather drive around in a dirty car for a couple weeks before coming back here again. The gentleman who helped me today was nice and was talking to me about how to remove a scratch on the outside of my car once he finished and closed the doors before calling me over. His interest in my car made it seem like he genuinely cared but the poor effort on his job on the inside made me regret giving him a tip. I think he actually finessed me like talking me up so I forget to double check his work and I had him a tip, hop in my car and feel played when I paid extra to sit in my equally same dirty car. I've been to this car wash before but it's been a while. Their "Thursday special" is the same as regular cost if you're in a truck. Had to ask them to wipe down several missed spots and dirt drips. The bed cover, bumper and tailgate were filthy. They wiped down the spots and bumper with a bad attitude. Made me feel like I was being difficult. The windows and passenger mirror are dirty still too. I overpaid 100% for this wash. Should have just shot it with a garden hose and squirted cheap perfume myself rather than pay $24 +tip. It's sad to have to get to the point of leaving a poor review as I've tried on multiple occasions to communicate the bad washes. Today was another example of a bad wash. This has been an issue for a few months now, prior to that it was always great. Usually get the hand wash, today for the third time in a row it's been a huge miss. Tires aren't washed, my front window is fully spotted, hard to get a pic of it but it's the entire front window. They were getting another complaint as I was leaving and I can understand why but it did distract me from checking my car thoroughly. I called to speak to them because I kept noticing more and more as I was walking it (for the second time, also called on a previous visit) and the owner comes on the phone and doesn't even let you get a word in, asks to bring it back right away to fix the issue which is a nice gesture but as I tried to describe to him that 1. I wasn't able to just drop everything to go back, and 2. This is a constant problem now. 40+ dollars down the drain everytime now. I'd love supporting a local business as much as I can but at this point it's just not worth it anymore. Better to find another place at this point and give my money to a business that cares and puts the effort. read more

For 30 bucks they washed and dried the outside of my car and washed and vacuumed the inside of my cab as well! and I don't know what they did but the outside looks waxed and sun-spotless and delicious now, and the inside looks just as nice! Also, the lady in the waiting area is so sweet! They sell everything you need for your interior here and also snacks and they have massage chairs. And they're just so sweet and considerate! They also have every car fragrance known to man, and do a really cushy additional add-on service for $15, which was sooo worth it, where they conditioned my leather interior. Today I took a vehicle that had been on a transport truck from Canada, and was just absolutely covered in road crime and bugs. I know it was them because while I was pulling in the vacuum area I took 50 cents and a few Bobby pins out of the cup holder so they would be able to wipe it out and I put it in the first little pocket of the inside of my center console and that was gone too. I called the manager. He denies everything I showed up there the same day and he told me I'm crazy. He takes no responsibility for my stolen money. There is really nothing special about this car wash - what you see is what you get, no frills. They do a decent job so if you're looking for a fairly quick and reasonable wash, this place is a good option. The outdoor seating area is ample but not ideal for a warm, sunny day because there isn't much shade available. There is a also a bit of indoor seating inside the cashier/store area so I recommend snatching that up if possible. read more

For paying about $100 plus tip, the attention to detail and lack of completion of the wash isn't acceptable. I've brought my car here a few times. Never try to up sell me if it's not necessary. The guys are always nice and polite. The owner is very kind to me and my little one every time we come in. The prices are good, I have an suv, and TUES and thurs it's only 15.99. I think they always do a great job. They always make sure to take the finger prints off of my doors and leather seats. These are things that I look for, as well as clean windows. My windows are also always clean. I usually end up going around 3/4 in the afternoon and it's never busy at that time.
