There was an issue with water not properly being pushed through the spa lines. Under warranty we requested a tech to service the tub. Issue resolved. However a year later we received a rude telephone call demanding payment and a threat to be reported to collections for an unpaid service call. No invoices were ever received, nor on any occasion of being in store was this mentioned. Under warranty we were told service calls would be covered. It was never disclosed to us that they have to submit service calls to Caldera for approvals and if denied the service call fee would be our responsibility. The lack of communication is an issue, and upon trying to discuss the situation with a manager, it was apparent customer service was not a priority. The manager also refused our payment and stated "there's no where else for you to get assistance, good luck, and get out of my store."

I called and scheduled to have my pool set up, mid May. He never came or called. when I was finally…read moreable to get a hold of him, he said ground was to wet. So rescheduled for a couple weeks later. Again, he didn't show and didn't communicate with me. And so the cycle went. until the end of July, he had sand delivered and said he'd be out within the week. He never showed and any time I reached out, he did not return text or phone calls. Here it is end of August and I still have no pool and a pile of sand in my driveway.

I had several issues that were one after another. None of the ongoing issues were due to anything AAA did or didn't do. My hot tub is a few years older and has been moved to my current home which contributed to the issues I had along with normal wear and tear and the prior company not fixing the original problem correctly. My ongoing issues came within hours to days after the prior repairs but AAA Spa and Pool Service were always professional and responsive to me and getting my hot tub taken care of before the cold weather hit which can make fixing a hot tub outside the home difficult or almost impossible till warmer weather. He helped troubleshoot the issue by phone. AND it was past their closing time. Unfortunately, I purchased my tub from a company in Columbus. They sent a tech (in the loosest since of the word.) and charged me almost $700 to come and check it out. they replaced a fuse and off they went. Needless to say, a huge waste of money.
