Andrii - showed up early for the appointment. He took the time to walk around the car, not just admire it, but took the opportunity to really understand the best way to put the car on the flatbed and tow it using special care. He took his time loading the car unloading the car ensuring The car was not going to move on the flatbed and took care in driving the 5 mi from one destination to the other destination. It was how I would have handled my car if I own my own tow truck. I expected the quote to go up based upon the age of the car and the care that he took to put the car on the flatbed... Nope. Exactly what he quoted was exactly the price. He was unbelievably thankful and gracious when I offered hima tip. There is no one else that I'll be going to for any of my future towing needs. Andrii - thank you for taking care of the car - Even the condition it's in and recognizing its age and its delicate nature.

That's when they informed me that they could not do it for the agreed upon price. Well, there was no chance that I was going to pay them more - especially after they set my project back by 2 days due to their unprofessionalism. They also sent me the same message repeatedly- which seemed like it could be Ai. Very frustrating!!! See my review on the company that I DID go with - who, btw, did it for the price that these guys tried to price gouge me on. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.
