I made immediate contact with Reliability Towing Professionals, and the dispatcher understood the urgency without my needing to overstate it. They informed me that someone was already there and would arrive soon. The driver arrived in roughly twenty minutes, which seemed quick considering the traffic in the city. Within minutes of his arrival, he had the car loaded and removed from the intersection; there was no delayed setup or protracted back-and-forth regarding logistics. The car was delivered without any problems to my mechanic. For a city tow, the fee was reasonable and uncomplicated. Response time is crucial when the place itself is the emergency, and the service met that requirement.

When I activated the gate to go down, it got wedged on my sloped driveway (see attached picture) and to make matters worst, the truck was parked in the middle of the street and I couldn't move it because some safety feature wouldn't engage in drive/reverse. I called Paul, explained my situation and he dropped everything and was onsite within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed a solution, was able to lift the back of truck up a few inches and get the liftgate to operate and fold back up. Within 15 min, Paul had me sorted out. So yes, Paul is a superhero because he saved me from the wrath of my neighborhood blocking the street, saved me a significant amount of $ towing a truck back to Melbourne, FL and not mention the amount of loss time. This cowboy outfit inserted a replacement battery in my girlfriend's car back in Feb 2023 that has already failed. I understand this can happen, but let's talk about that battery installation. #1 No brand name markings. Nothing to correlate the invoice to the product ... if anything, lends to them installing a Duracell branded battery, but it's not. States A23 on the label. Their paperwork has 35N 51R marked. Very suspicious. #2 My girlfriend called me one day. Car wouldn't start. Why? One of the connectors was loose and had worked its way off!?? Shoddy installation. I don't know if the installer (Anthony) didn't clean the connector or whether arcing had caused the accumulated mess, but it was in a real bad way. #3 Good luck getting in touch with them to address figuring out a replacement. The number Anthony left was not accepting calls or texts. Looking up the main business number proved equally fruitless, with a full voicemail box. Needless to say, I won't be letting this business go anywhere near a car if I have a say in the matter. I've worked on cars extremely rarely, but my rookie workmanship outshines that of ER Auto Rescue by a country mile!

The driver arrived within the timeframe given (about an hour, since the initial dispatch informed me they needed the truck that could go off road instead of the flatbed that was immediately available), hooked up the vehicle well and got us out quickly, then followed us to be sure we didn't get stuck again! The trail was fairly well packed other than the one place we got stuck, and if we had paid attention to the size of the puddle we could have gone around as others did and been fine. Overall, loved this experience, appreciated the honesty (and lack of derisive laughter, though we were laughing ourselves quite a bit) and prompt attention from Johnson's and absolutely recommend their service if needed.
