I had a few things done from superior glass this summer. They came and inspected the windows and gave me a quote of $424.xx in May (I clearly remember because it was a lot of money, so I called them and asked to break it down for me). They came and fixed the window glass in few weeks and repaired the screen. However they kept getting the wrong opening/closing part (more than 3 times), so ultimately the job was finished in September. Now I get the invoice from them and it is $506.xx . I called and asked for an explanation and they say this is what they have on file. The person I interacted with in May over phone is not there any more. New employee keeps telling me that she only has $506 in file. I like the work they did, though it took the whole summer for them to finish the job. And now they are charging me way more than quoted, which is really unprofessional. I am going to pay the money but I am definitely not going to back to Superior glass.
