We had questions about film versus ceramic tint, the owner Noel used a heat lamp to show us the difference (definitely go with ceramic for the best heat protection!). When applying the tint, Noel noticed an issue with the back window defrost and rather than ignoring it, he brought it to our attention. He allowed us to get the back window replaced through the dealership and did not want us paying for the tint until the work was 100% done. Had the dealership not agreed to pay for the replacement (it was recently purchased), Noel offered to cover the cost solely to keep the customer happy. It's very rare to meet a business owner that dedicated to customer satisfaction. Thoroughly communicative, expert quality, lifetime warranty, we will be recommending them for all our friends!

They damaged several parts of my car, Including: staining the interior passenger side roof, passenger sun visor, interior passenger a panel, paint damage scratch, cracked my screen, adhesive on my paint, missing plastic cover for my front trunk, and a poorly installed windshield. They installed a windshield on my car two times. The first time they cracked my Tesla screen and didn't even tell me I Had to figure out. They wrote me a check for $809.25 for the $1545.05 worth of damage to my screen, because I told them just write me a check for the difference being I have to spend $735.80 with them anyway for my windshield replacement. And when I got the 2nd installation that's when all the other damages was caused and the windshield was so much worse. They are refusing to refund me, and they are saying they will replace it again for free. They did thousands of dollars worth of damage to my car I just can't let them touch it again it's to much of a risk.

They were kind enough to pick us up from the hotel when the car was ready. I am always happy to support a local family-run business, but even happier when that family goes out of their way to help and to make sure you are taken care of. Now my roadside assistance keeps calling and my sunroof opens by itself when the car is off and they are ZERO help. Spoke to the tech that worked on the car and he told me to take it back to the dealership and tried to say it was a problem with the driver door and not the electrical panel that he literally had to remove and rewire. The two women that work the counter are super rude and pretty much said I'm completely on my own and they don't care despite the fact that the car was fine when I dropped it off.
