The packer game was on, and I have to admit, the sound in the bar is not the greatest for hearing the game at a high quality. Likely the high ceilings are to blame, so no fault of the establishment. She made it very obvious she didn't like a specific customer and didn't even try to hide it. Raising her voice, snapping in an annoyed tone, and creating a scene over something as simple as someone trying to buy that person a drink. Instead of handling it professionally, she acted like the person offering the drink was doing something wrong, which was completely uncalled for. I felt bad for the guy. It honestly felt like we were watching someone push their personal feelings onto customers instead of doing their job. If you don't like a patron, fine--but don't make it everyone else's problem. It created a tense, awkward atmosphere and made the whole place feel hostile. And if this customer is really that terrible to deal with, then handle it the right way--ban him. Don't take it out on other paying customers who are just trying to have a good time. We came in expecting a normal night and left feeling uncomfortable. From all of the reviews it made it sound like we would have a fun and inviting time. It was anything but that.
