I called around and did some of my own research. A number of folks came to the house and advised they did not do this type of window. Cook's and one other firm offered to do the job. I confirmed with friends in the window trade that my window was a unique item, requiring a bit of custom work. We went with Cook's and are very pleased. Apparently they specialize in these type of windows. The people in their office were very helpful and accommodating regarding the on site inspection and scheduling the replacement. The fellow who came to do the install was the same person who performed the inspection. I thought that was a good sign. They came precisely on time and completed the install in about 2.5 hours. The new window looks great. They did a pretty good job of cleanup and there was only some minor clean up that I had to perform. I admit to some trepidation regarding the new window regarding if it would leak. They assured me that after the first rain we would know and if we had any issues we should call and they would come right out and fix any problems. The seals are guaranteed for 5 years. We would use Cook's again for any other window issues. Mark.

Each phase of the project, from demolition to the final touches, was handled with professionalism and skill that exceeded our expectations. Leo, and the demolition crew started the project off with their efficiency and attention to detail. They managed the teardown swiftly and left the workspace remarkably clean, which was greatly appreciated. Your craftsmen, Alex and Angel demonstrated a level of craftsmanship that is truly commendable. The painters Anderson and Marvin also deserve high praise for their meticulous work. Jose and Luis did a great job on the finishing touches. Fernando on electrical was great to work with, he probably bonded most with my husband, the electrician :). Avi on plumbing played a crucial role in ensuring that all the plumbing fixtures were installed correctly and efficiently. Rodrigo was the BEST tile guy we've ever worked with...we thank him for being so precise and patient. Anna joined the team mid project and she has been great - so responsive to any issues and managing the team and the project. Kelly, the BEST designer and partner to work with. We're not done with you...I can't wait to create more beautiful spaces. You're amazing! Lastly, Manny. Many owners just come by to pick up the check. Manny was available all the time. Period. Checking in always, taking calls, coming up with solutions...just being involved fully in the project from start to finish. That was most appreciated and very rare. We are thrilled with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone looking for high-quality renovations. Thank you once again for a job exceptionally well done...and mostly for being an awesome crew!

We've gone back and forth on whether to write a review, as it certainly isn't a good one and we…read moredon't take these things lightly. However, the work Aromas did on the floors of our home is so atrocious that others should be made aware. We had a pipe break in our home last year and it caused significant damage to the first floor and the basement of our new construction home. On the first floor, one half of the wood floor needed to be replaced (ironically, the poor leveling from the builder allowed for only half of the floor to be impacted). Because we were new home owners, brand new to the area, and expecting our twins in less than two months, we went with the recommendation of a local expert and hired Aromas to do the floor. We continue to pay the price for this poor decision, as the quality continues to deteriorate. The repairs took over a month, and despite a lot of back and forth about mismatched coloring, wood marks, etc., the floors were "completed" with numerous splits and defects. Enough so that the company's owner came out to see the work. While they attempted to fill some of the larger cracks, it was done very sloppily and fixed nothing. What's done is done, but it's shocking to see how one side of the floor differs from the other. Please see the included photos for proof. The difference in quality is obvious and it's unfortunate. In retrospect, I wish they took longer to provide a higher quality product. But more than anything, I wish we never hired them. The floors split more and more every day, and are now becoming hazardous to our small children who are now crawling and running around with bare feet. Be warned.

You want quality work done in a reasonable time frame and for a reasonable cost. Accurate did well in all three areas. I've had estimates from other companies and I'm still recovering from the sticker shock. Some of these companies will pump up the price with all of the most expensive features, and if you don't know any better, you pay through the nose, and you still don't know how dependable they are. Mirek from Accurate was up front with me about the products they use and why. He gave me options as well. The job was scheduled and completed within a week of signing the contract.
