I initially met Mike and he did a thorough exam of my car along with photos. He worked up the estimate (6,200$) and said it would take about 21 days. I couldn't get it in for a couple weeks. I dropped it off the morning of my appt. He called every few days to keep me updated on the progress. I also received texts with updates when it went from body to paint and estimated completion date. They finished up a couple days later than promised but due to the holidays (my appt drop off was Dec 21), and weather, it was understandable. Once I picked it up he took me to my car and summarized the repairs. And as a final touch, they washed the car prior to pickup. Sent a friend to them seeing as I didn't have time to drive an hour and a half one way to do a quick one step buff on their car. Between burned paint and having more scratches than it had coming in, I'd have been better off just going and doing it myself. You may think you're saving money by not going to an IDA certified detailer, but a paint job is thousands of dollars.
