The dough is light and billowy, enough that she could blow air beneath it and have it stretch into a big bubble without puncturing it. I was worried that I wouldn't get to partake in the desserts because of a nut allergy, but that was not an issue. The apple strudel was delicious! The experience isn't long. It's probably thirty minutes tops but we enjoyed ourselves. I completely understand that this is more of "touristy" experience than taking a peek into the inner workings of a restaurant's kitchen.
