Since it was my first time getting this type of lash extension, I was nervous because I didn't know all the different styles or terminology. I simply told Usha G. that I wanted my lashes to look beautiful, full, but still natural. She completely understood the assignment! My lashes turned out even better than I imagined. The appointment was so relaxing with the music playing, and she even threaded my eyebrows, which I absolutely loved. I came back today for my refill. Unfortunately, Usha G. wasn't there, but I was scheduled with Tami, and she did an incredible job as well! I walked out just as happy with my lashes. As someone who travels for work, it's also a huge plus that Lash Lounge has locations nationwide. It's comforting to know I can receive the same great service in another state. I can honestly say I've found my new addiction--getting my lashes professionally done! No burning eyes afterward, beautiful results, and wonderful customer service every time. I'll definitely be returning to this location and recommending Lash Lounge to anyone looking for quality lash extensions.

That's how long they went on charging my credit card after I sent out the form which according to them was the only thing I needed to do to be able to cancel. Amex refunded me two months which is all they're allowed to do but flagged them and suggested taking it up with the bbb for further help.
