Since it was my first time getting this type of lash extension, I was nervous because I didn't know all the different styles or terminology. I simply told Usha G. that I wanted my lashes to look beautiful, full, but still natural. She completely understood the assignment! My lashes turned out even better than I imagined. The appointment was so relaxing with the music playing, and she even threaded my eyebrows, which I absolutely loved. I came back today for my refill. Unfortunately, Usha G. wasn't there, but I was scheduled with Tami, and she did an incredible job as well! I walked out just as happy with my lashes. As someone who travels for work, it's also a huge plus that Lash Lounge has locations nationwide. It's comforting to know I can receive the same great service in another state. I can honestly say I've found my new addiction--getting my lashes professionally done! No burning eyes afterward, beautiful results, and wonderful customer service every time.
