But, I was told the price would be honored. I then contacted back to join up at the agreed rate, and they are no longer honouring their word and replied back with, "Not offering discounts at the moment". This wasn't a discount offered, it was the prices when I initially went along. They have went back on their word and just want more money.

The most unpleasant person met in the past year, very unprofessional. and also irresponsible making his clients running around the block with heavy weight on their shoulders. His clients can hurt themselves and other people, also if one of that weights fall on the road can create car crashes.. You should supervise them at all the time. Btw Omipotent.. not you are not.

I'm glad the pool is open and functional again (there was a period where the pool was closed for maintenance-seemed like it was closed FOREVER!!!) The leisure centre is clean and all the staff is friendly...they never complain when ones asks for floaties when in the pool!! ;-) There are loads of classes offered here too, as well as the pool...I'd recommend getting the unlimited monthly plan if you're gonna be going to classes etc too, it'll be the cheapest way!! And that way you won't have to pay the EXTRA (!!!!) for the steam room and sauna..!! The only reason this is not a full five stars is because the spa hasn't been open the last few times I've been (apparently they're waiting for a part...) and that they close at four at weekends!!

Good music that you could play Metallica and Megadeth all day on:) the price you can pretty much book a table all day for a set price, and you would easily get your money's worth. Just looks so cool here. It's across from the solid rock cafe and beside the 2 heided men. The Bar staff are lovely and friendly. Great place to come on a weekly basis.

Members get advance screenings of new films, not just the Scottish ones (they would hardly get value for money out of it). If this BAFTA was set up to support the Caledonian cinema, it hasn't done that well: if it is viewed as an enthusiastic club for cinephiles, it is fantastic. The annual awards do bring attention to the Scottish industry, which is more than other organisations manage, but it difficult to understand where BAFTA fits. It does give credit to local filmmakers, which is nice, but it rarely troubles the national scene.

I just showed up and hoped to jump in a game that was short men. I lucked out and some guys asked me in. Good bunch of football lovers of all skills. The bar also carries ESPN (not something all the bars and pubs seem to carry) so a lot of additional games Sky isn't carrying are always on. Only con is that the artificial pitches were a lot less padded than I'm used to playing on. The one we were on seemed a bit hard but overall, the pitches were pretty nice. Word from the front desk is that it may be easier to find a pick up game during the week rather than on the weekend. If the Rangers or Celtic are playing that night, don't expect a lot of games - expect cancellations :)
