The WORST threading place to ever exist. My eyebrows are RUINED. I absolutely HATE them. I left this shop in tears. I am embarrassed to be out in public because they look SO AWFUL. No one has ever F*cked up my eyebrows so badly. Before I came here I had nice full brows. She took off over half of the hair on my brows and now they look like balding caterpillars from the 90s. After coming here I have tacky and horrendous pencil-thin eyebrows and they aren't even the same shape. I will NEVER be coming back here. read more

Mamita did my eyebrows-- I love the way she shaped them, however once I got home I noticed my right eyebrow in the front was missing a lot of hair and isn't comparable to my left eyebrow. Other than that, It was okay.. I just hope it grows back soon. I don't know if I will be returning. read more

My first time having my brows threaded was here over a year ago and I've been coming every since. I've always gotten my brows waxed and do not miss it at all. This is so much more gentle and I never leave with red puffy skin around my brows like I did with waxing. Mumita is my favorite. She is excellent at forming your brow. I went here a few weeks ago and its taken me this long to get over the terrible discomfort from the wax service. I came in to have my underarms waxed and was helped by an older lady. She took me into the back room and I regreted it immediately. The bed was filthy. It had a pillow with a towel over it that was so dark and gross. I wondered how they could let it sit there knowing customers could see it. I asked for it to be replaced and the woman put another towel over it. When I laid down the towel was wet. Like she had used it for cleaning. She spread the hot wax and left it there for what felt like a long period of time. Because when she ripped it she ripped my skin on both my underarms. I left wondering what the damage might look like later. My skin was so inflammed and angry for days. I have permanent hyperpigmention and its still super dry from the layer that was ripped off. this place is unsanitary dirty filthy gross. This is the worst wax experience of my life. I will NEVER go back and I will warn others of the terrible experience I received there. read more

Mamita is the lady that fixes my brows. She's very nice and takes her time to make sure my eyebrows looks perfect! The place is a bit small, only two chairs, entry of parking. The price is reasonable $10 for eyebrows & $4 for upper lip. They don't offer any membership but they give you a stamp card, so one stamp per visit and I believe the 7th one will be free. read more

I've been here 4 times now and each visit has been progressively better. Sunita is my favorite by far. She really listens and takes the time to understand what I want, cleaned up brows, not thinned out brows. Most threaders nod and then end up thinning my brows out way too much! I wanted to like the place, esp since the girl who did my eyebrows was very sweet. it felt fine at the time, but afterwards I had scabs around my eyebrows after the experience which, a few days later, is still stinging. I can't cover up the scabs with make up, so I'm bummed. And the shape of the brows aren't as nice as the Beauty Spot in Fremont, which I usually drive to, but didn't have time to go to.
