So... I've been spoiled a bit with having had Japanese gel nail for the past 5+ years. Moving out to this side of the country and having had absolutely horrendous experiences I did a bit of searching before I walked in to this nail shop. When I walked in, I was promptly seated and the technician was super gentle and accommodating. Despite the fact that I did notice that my nail polish was being applied a bit thicker than what I'm used to, my experience was so pleasant that I was able to overlook it. I was pampered and it was just what I needed. Anyways, long story short, the clear part of my nails began to peel off after 4 days so I decided to go back to the shop. Friday afternoon I walked in to get my nails fixed and the same technician took me in and she apologized and quickly rebuffed my nails and fixed them for free. Hopefully this time around it'll last me a while. But honestly, I was impressed at the way they handled the situation and best of all, I just loved how they were so accommodating. I went in on Sunday, I asked for coffin nails that had a rose on them and jewels. Julie said she couldn't do that because the rose is airbrushed. I said okay and settled. She rushed through them, cut my cuticle and made me bleed. I was in a hurry to leave so I didn't even check them before leaving which was my fault. I paid $45 for the set, and tipped her $15. I got home and noticed they were horrible. Very thick and bumpy, not even, badly painted, etc. I made an appointment to have them fixed. I went in the next day, also decided I wanted a lighter color. Julie immediately came up and asked what was wrong. I told her and her response was "I don't see a problem. she will file you" then had Kim come over. Kim fixed my nails, or so I thought. I tipped her $15 because she originally said I had to pay $15 for her to change the color which was bullshit. She then said I didn't have to, but I still did. She filed way too closely to my real nails, and destroyed my cuticles. The edges of my real nails that are exposed are turning yellow and one completely fell off on the side. My friend that is a nail tech, said she thinks I have an infection. It has been 3 days since I got these! I cannot believe this. I wasted $75 on this place and now have to pay another place to remove them. Avoid this salon if you care about your nails in the slightest bit. read more

When my nails were done they looked great from a far. But when I got to my car they appeared bubbly and the tips had gel missing on some nails, which I had to trim down to look better. The next day there was a chip taken out of the middle of my nail and I noticed one of my nails had a matte appearance. I'm going to a different salon to get my nails redone. We also were the first customers and noticed that for pedicures they didn't switch gloves between customers which is unsanitary. Won't be going back. read more

this is the place i had the worst experience with getting my nails done. all i wanted was a fill for my acrylics. i sat down and the lady started drilling the old polish off as usual, but on one of my nails she kept filing it down until eventually it was my actual nail. by the time i realized it was too late. she filed down my nail super thin. next she worked on my cuticles, ended up cutting one too short and it bled. then i ended up being switched to the other nail tech who finished my nails and she did my acrylic and gel which turned out fine. needless to say i'm not returning here. read more

Love this place! I had to take my 1 1/2 year old with me since my husband was working. Though my daughter was behaving, I was still. Little on edge just because I didn't want my little one to interrupt the other ladies trying to relax. Kim was very accommodating and made me feel very comfortable having my daughter there. They used to be great, but that's like every other nail salon in this valley. They tell you to wait 10 minutes whether you're a walk in or have an appointment and then they blow through your service.
