She didn't even clean my lashes when I went in for a fill bc she was rushing for her next client after we spent most of my appointment time on the phone with customer service trying to get her computer to display my member benefits. I arrived a few minutes early to let her know my boss couldn't attend and I was there in her place. After rescheduling for a new appointment, I let her know I was ready for the application instead. I was told this was a problem and although I showed up for the scheduled appointment, she had a waitlist of neighbors that were waiting to have their lashes done instead. Even after explaining we were first time customers and no one was aware of her policy, she still turned me away. The appointment was made and should have been honored. What if my boss was surprising me and this was a gift? What if she booked the appointment in her name, but really it was for me all along?? I was really hoping to find someone who could recreate the style I was used to back home. I found this salon a few months ago and had been seeing one of the brow stylists, who was fantastic. She understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and helped me gradually get my brows back to the shape I loved. Since eyebrow growth takes time, we've been working toward that goal over multiple appointments. Unfortunately, her schedule has been a bit inconsistent lately, so I stopped in today after the gym hoping another stylist could help. Before we started, I explained in detail what I had been working on with the other brow artist and asked several questions to make sure she was comfortable maintaining that same shape. She assured me she understood and told me to trust her. Unfortunately, the result was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. It felt like my concerns weren't listened to, and months of progress toward growing my brows back have now been undone. Brows take weeks to grow back and often months to reshape, so it's incredibly disappointing to feel like I'm starting over. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I spent a significant amount of time explaining exactly what I was trying to accomplish because I wanted to avoid this outcome. I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and the progress I'd made over the past few months. It was simply a very inconvenient experience that could have been avoided if the stylist had been upfront about not being familiar with the technique or shape I was looking for. I'm sure this stylist may do a great job for clients looking for a different brow style, but if a client is asking for a specific approach that you're not confident you can achieve, it's much better to be honest than to promise you can. Setting the right expectations is so important. I wondered if I was just being overly critical, but when I got home, my fiancé immediately noticed the difference and even commented that my brows didn't turn out as well as they had before. I'll continue booking with the original stylist because she truly understood what I was looking for, but I wanted to share my experience so others know to request the stylist whose work aligns with the look they're trying to achieve.

Ever. I have been getting my lashes done since about 2008 so I am familiar with quality adhesives and extensions. The adhesive Rose uses is strong-the extensions begin to fall off at about the four week mark. The glue is strong but not irritating- I wear contacts and have not had any issues with red or itchy eyes. The extensions themselves are matte, soft, and are a natural shade of black. Lastly but most importantly, Rose's salon is impeccably clean. I am a germaphobe and I take comfort in knowing that she sterilizes her products and each client receives their own lashes( she sets aside lashes for each client in a container with the client's name and the specific length of lashes that the client typically uses). I trusted her enough to get a fill in during COVID-that speaks in volumes. Hands downs, she is the best lash technician in Georgia.
