Rated not good. Mechanic was not proficient at his job. Requested my rack and pinion gets…read moreinstalled. Mechanic took 2 days to get it done. Not only was it not completed in a timely manner he also broke my cars clock spring by disconnecting the steering shaft because he couldnt complete the job properly so now my steering wheels controls do not work and my paddle shifters are non functional cause significant issues. I would not recommend this mechanic unfortunately. He caused more issues than solving.

First, the owner himself was sent to the wrong address with an incorrect job description by All State Roadside service. He was calm and jovial anyway. Calling me, he got to the place needed, but didn't have the equipment needed )based on All states description what was needed). He checked it out, went back for a different truck AND found a tire for the camper by searching his yard. (I couldn't find anything open). He changed the tire, hauled it home, parked it just how we wanted and kept on smiling four hours later. I still have the tire. I will now ALWAYS call them if I'm near by.
