COOKIE IS THE BEST!!!! I LOVE MY NEW HAIR COLOR/CUT!!! I always had a fear of getting hair-cuts because it would come out too short or ugly... The past couple times I got a hair cut I cried.... So after waiting 2 years to grow out my hair, I decided it was time to get it done. I searched on yelp for a good, yet affordable, salon and came across this place. I also saw that Cookie had very good reviews so I decided to give her a call. She was very friendly on the phone and in person. When I walked in, she asked me what I wanted and she listened to my ideas, details, and concerns and gave me her honest opinion on what would look best for me. Like I had mentioned, I haven't gotten a haircut in 2 years so you could only imagine how long my hair was... (up to my butt). There were SO MANY tangles in my hair but Cookie was so patient and took the time to untangle each and every one of them without complaining or being grumpy or anything of that sort! She also gave me a full head of low-lights which came out AMAZING!!!! And the price was sooo affordable! Cookie helped me get over my fear of hair-cuts hahaha. She is also SUPER friendly and easy to talk to! I honestly cannot convey how awesome Cookie is until you go see her yourself. Give her a call and you won't regret it!!!! read more

vivian is my hair stylist and has been for years! she is the only person i trust to do my hair she always gets the color right with minimal damage as i always make her do it super blond.. hair creations sucks they make your hair so yellow and only a few know what there doing but you cant tell which since its ran like a chinese sweatshop over there! the girl in the first chair one time refused service on me after being a loyal customer since in was like 20 and vivian was kind to take over and do my hair and from this day forth i am glad that she does which eliminates anxiety of which person is doing your hair for that visit. vivian does a really good job and has reasonable pricing and from time to time will throw in a free hair treatment and trim! she is the best and gives me the best deals on salon shampoo like the gallon size ones for 25 bucks! thanks to vivian my haor is getting long thick again she is truly a professional hair stylist that has been through it with me through thick and thin.. i would only recommed her as she does a fantastic job everytime and makes sure her customers are 100% satisfied!.. read more

Which is why I called them on a whim and got an appointment right away that next day. The stylist (I will not name her because she already gave me a full refund) was very sweet and we had great conversations. The cut ended up being mostly what I wanted but my curtain bangs were not even. I went to a gathering the next day and couldn't take it- so I texted her saying I need to get it fixed. She let me come in. Then the nightmare starts. I told her exactly what I wanted to be fixed. Just even out the left bang with the right. She starts going at my hair and grabs so much more than the curtain bang area...basically taking the full top part of my hair throughout the hairline and cutting it in such an odd angle. I have never seen it in my life and I get cuts regularly for layers. At the end she started curling and I told her I didn't want her to curl it because I wanted to see the hairstyle without it done. She said she would just do the ends, but she proceeded to do the whole head and I'm just appalled at this point. I went out with a curled head of hair and showed disappointment in my reactions but she said that as long as I style it it'll look good. I went in wanting a low maintenance haircut and now I have to curl it all the time?! I flew back to where I lived and couldn't take it anymore. My hair looked horrible.
