And the presentation was beautiful! They work seamlessly, their professionalism and ability to execute dinner service and hors d'oeuvres was done so with the utmost ease and precision. Their years of experience show with how streamlined coordinating my special day was. Everything was thought of and considered, allowing me to enjoy celebrating marrying the love of my life, which is what a wedding is all about. Staff is courteous, attentive, and they handle all cleaning afterwards. John and Tammy are communicative and punctual, we truly enjoyed working with them! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and want to thank Graystone for their dedication to excellent service. There's a reason they've been in business for over 25 years, and it shows. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Both times and all communications before the big day was good. Fast forward the week of the wedding. Here comes in Tammy to fill in for John because he had a family emergency. I'm not sure how much was communicated between the two. On day of the wedding, I noticed it was already 1pm and there was no signs of the caterers. Not one call giving a heads up that they were running late. At our walk thru, John said he would be arriving at 11:30/12pm. Eventually they did show up. I was told by guests that the food was good. I was called the next day by the venue director that Graystone had left grease and oil stains all over their property!!! I have video and photos to show the mess and damages they left behind. They did not lay down tarps in all of the areas they were at. I also have some of their linen napkins which tells me their staff didn't bus the tables like stated. I was told by wedding coordinators and venue management that they did a poor job at cleaning and respecting the property. John had reassured me that he leaves the property cleaner than what it was. Tammy and the staff that night were the opposite. Anyways, I got left with a damage and cleaning bill from the venue from their mess. I've been trying to reach out to John since the wedding and crickets! Very disappointed in their promised Service. John and Tammy if you are reading this - give us a call and make it right.

We knew from the moment that we met Eulina that she was the one we wanted to work with. We had…read moretalked to a few coordinators before we met with her, and had been discouraged by all of them for one reason or another. Our wedding was a sort of traveling affair, with two different locations for the ceremony and reception, and a trolley tour of the city in between for the happy hour. So we were dealing with a lot of independent vendors, and a LOT of moving pieces. Eulina was a LIFESAVER. We did a lot of the general leg work and heavy lifting ourselves, but Eulina was a true professional and really pulled it all together for us in the 30 days leading up to our wedding when we were really feeling a little crazy! She would check in with us weekly, sat down with us for an hour and a half over the phone one evening to put together our day of timeline, kept us on top of deadlines, and helped us make decisions we didn't even know we would need to make! She was also really helpful in dealing with our other vendors -- giving us guidance on points we needed to clarify with them, or going directly to them if needed. The day of the wedding went so smoothly thanks to her. Any little hiccups that happened throughout the day, we never knew about them until weeks later because she took care of them before I heard anything about it! For example, we had rented a couple of trolleys to take our guests on a tour of the city between the ceremony and reception, and two of our guests were accidentally left behind. Before anyone even knew what was happening, Eulina was on the phone with the trolley driver, and he was turning around to pick them up! Just one example of how Eulina gets things done and makes stuff happen! It was truly a pleasure working with her. She is experienced, professional, willing to work with you, quick to make decisions on the fly, and really an amazing person to have in your corner on your big day.
