When I walked in, I explained to Daniela what I was encountering and asked her if she did have something to boost me up. This Studio gets booked quickly and appointments are made online, which is nice, and it also gives you the option to speak to a live person. Daniela welcomed me and gave me a tour to see what she had been doing in her wellness center. The Wellness Center was beautiful inside and looked luxurious. Her equipment was all top-notch state of the art and cleanliness is key for me. I filled out my application on an Ipad so she can create my profile. I was taken to one of her rooms in the back, explained what I was feeling, and she listened, suggested, and recommended. She also recommended different packages that she had that I might enjoy as well. I want to give Daniela and her husband a big shout out for getting me where I needed to be. What I loved about her was that she also checked up on me the next day & called me on my cell to see how I was feeling. To me that was key!!! Caring about your customers is very important especially the way this world is going where we need to show more love towards one another. After the injection, my right eye could not open properly, which affected my facial appearance and my vision. My eyes could not focus together, making it very difficult and even dangerous for me to drive. This experience has caused me a lot of emotional distress and psychological pressure. I became very self-conscious about my appearance and even felt afraid to talk to people. It has seriously affected my confidence and daily life, and I am currently seeking psychological counseling to deal with the mental impact. When the problem happened, I contacted the clinic. They asked me to come to the clinic if I wanted a refund. I went to the clinic, they re fused to give me refund, I left, just back home, they asked me come to the clinic again, twice in one day, but in the end they still refused to give me a refund and kept making excuses. I felt very disappointed with how the situation was handled. I hope clinics take patient safety seriously and handle complications with responsibility and honesty.
