I have use this storage for about 7 or 8 years now and I must say the service has improved significantly. I would like to say it's most likely due to Nikki. She always returns my calls right away and goes above and beyond to help us with any situation that may arise. We had a weird situation go on with our trailer and she made calls late at night and also early the next morning to make sure we were about to have a great glamis weekend. The owner gets caught and prosecuted for dumping sewage in the desert and now everyone that stores an RV here or at Dunes Edge must pay a 30 dollar a month county sewage disposal fee. Need to dump a second time a month get ready to pay another $30. He commits a felony and we get fined, thanks Imperial county. Way to dish out some justice. I have been storing here for 6 years and every year they come up with something new to F over their customers. Now they have screwed everyone that stores an RV near Glamis. Don't bother with the shady company. Stored my trailer there and they claimed they did not receive my payment. Locked my trailer and it took me 3 hours to get it due to nobody there and they lost the keys to my locked king pin. I was actually overpaid and had to pay another month cash to get it out of there. Then they had to cut the lock off. I have been fighting with them to get a refund but they will not answer or return calls. Trying to get refund through my bill pay which cannot contact them either. We store our RV & toys here during the dunes season (oct - april). They are reasonably priced, free or discounted services for tenants. Gas, dump, propane, wood, etc. And it's right across from the Glamis Beach Store. The staff is super nice. read more

So this year I tried something different and chose to keep my trailer at Glamis Dunes Storage for the season. I have to say that the experience was awesome. The facility is easy to get in and out of. I feel like it was very secure and for the 6 months my trailer was there, I never had an issue. One time I left my gas on and didn't realize it until I was half way home. I called Mike the next day and he went over and turned it off for me. Freakin awesome dude. My first trip out was on Halloween weekend and because it was so busy, they had guys manning the dump stations for us. I pulled up, he took care of dumping everything and even cleaned the windshield of my truck before sending me on my way. At that point, I knew I made a good decision to store there. Being that it was right across the street from the store, made it extremely convenient to pull in, grab the trailer and pull it to the washes. Not one trip did I have to wait in line for water or the dump stations. Even on the big weekends. Great place to store. I highly recommend! read more

Renter beware. In eight years of leasing an RV space at Glamis Dunes Storage, their attempts to not live up to their contractual commitments have been relentless, be that after-the-fact imposition of dump and water use limits on unlimited use contracts, including the removal of on-off handles at water faucets, to agreed upon rates of rent and now, the term of a rental contract. Confusion constantly reigns amid family fights and the continual turnover of staff and "policies". Their latest scheme was a blatant bull-rush to absurdly and aggressively argue a claim that the signing date of a lease renewal was the new date of renewal, not the expiration date of the existing lease - huh? And all of that in reward for paying years in advance at a time when they were desperate for money and pleading for early renewals... A thankless lot, both for storage and in ownership.
