On September 19, 2024, I was emailed confirmation that I could transfer my account and credits to another location. I completed and submitted the transfer form on September 30, 2024, but the company never responded and did not honor my transfer request. I was so busy with work that I didn't think about using the credits until yesterday, when I wanted to manage back pain. At that time, I was told my account "expired two years ago," and that I would not receive my credit, which is completely false. At no point was I informed that credits could expire, and no services have been rendered for the prepaid amount. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location and caution others considering prepaid memberships here

I called my company afterwards and the response was that my insurance was good. The same happened during my first visit, it took them some time to handle the payment through my insurance.
