I'm a little concerned about my tattoo removal and I understand that it will take some time but after getting a session of clear & brilliant done by one of the nurses, she basically told me that I'm paying for it to be done a certain way & one of the nurses failed to do it that way during my 1st session. Im now beginning to wonder if I will ever see results, especially if one nurse does it correctly and another doesn't... Due to all of this I decided to switch locations. Hoping for better results.

I feel very comfortable going to her to remove unwanted hair.... and then JACKPOT!! Because she is now located at Flawless in Sherman Oaks. Spur of the moment I asked at the front desk - woman was petite and so kind - I forget her name.... very sweet.... and I asked about removing a few hairs behind my neck and to clean up my back of neck neckline. She said twenty five. I responded twenty-five hundred? I seriously could not believe how reasonable it is to remove unwanted hair. I wound up paying about $20 for this small area. They spent fifteen minutes and I will more than likely go back 3 -5 times. A small price to pay for this great service. Easy, quick and professional. The technician was efficient and did an excellent job within a short amount of time. I am thrilled. Technician really cared and did a stellar job. The laser is state of the art technology and can easily zap a widespread area quickly. I can not recommend this enough.

However, almost without fail, these wonderful employees leave the spa and I must trust someone new. Unfortunately, my latest visit was a giant waste of money with very poor results. I spent a total of $660 on Dysport, and still have static lines on my forward and glabellar area (between the brows). The product NEVER worked, as I was able to make all the same facial movements I did on the initial day of service. (They document with photos, so this is easily verifiable). Specifically, I saw Miranda on July 18th for Dysport to my forehead, glabellar lines, and chin. I usually get 90 units, but this time I got 100 units, as the injector recommended. Well, it failed to work and I still had lines on my forehead and a big line at the left glabella (which I thought the extra 10 units would have addressed, as the right side had no starting static line). I waited the proper amount of time and came back on August 25th for re-evaluation. They approved 4 units of "Complimentary" Dysport to address my concerns, and made me pay for an additional 10 units to fix the left glabellar line. So, now I've received a total of 114 units of Dysport, and it is STILL NOT WORKING!! I can make full "surprise" and "angry" faces. I am a reasonable person and thought that MAYBE the 90 units wasn't enough, but even with the additional 10 units, and now an additional 14 units, I'm still not seeing results!!! So, this tells me it is not a "me" problem, but rather a "Blue Spa" problem. What an insane waste of time and effort (as I followed after care instructions to the tee), and before you say it must be my "metabolism" or that I am "immune" to neuromodulators or neurotoxins, know that it is unequivocally neither of these things. I am deeply, deeply disappointed in this business and cannot in good faith recommend them any longer.
