Found this place off a deal on Groupon once upon a time, and once my Groupon was over I just kept coming back. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I am loving my results so far! The atmosphere of the studio is calming and peaceful and the exam rooms are very clean. I had previously gone to another laser hair removal studio in Glendale for a few sessions. They were over priced and the results were minimal. I am so happy I found GLAM! read more

I have been twice so far and have had amazing results! The first time I was very nervous because I didn't know what to expect but Jackie made me feel very comfortable and relaxed! She even let me squeeze a stress ball so It wouldn't be as painful but honestly it wasn't that bad. The prices are amazing and they even offer groupon deals and specials monthly! I even got a birthday discount! I would recommend this place to everyone especially because Jackie is so professional and super nice! read more

The girls at this laser parlor are the sweetest/ nicest and most gorgeous girls I've meet ever! They help me throughout my laser apt and are very patient with everything! I LOVE THIS PLACE! read more

I've been doing electrolysis with Shogik for about 4 months and I am really happy with my results. Being hairy, especially as a woman, really sucks so I am grateful I found this place. Electrolysis isn't fun but I really enjoy Shogik she makes the process very comfortable and no hairs can hide from her. Kris who works at the front desk is also very sweet! If you're self conscious about facial or body hair or just tired of being hairy, I would definitely recommend coming here for electrolysis or laser. read more

I love this place! I know this sounds weird but I have so much fun during me treatments (bikini laser). I was literally cracking up with my nurse last time I was there! They make it feel like you're just hanging out with your girl friends! The laser treatment feels like a little pinch but they do a great job of making sure you are not in any pain! Love it! read more

It's actually not a fake review! Sorry I don't have time to check up on my yelp on the daily. You guys know what you did. You left me with scars and that's that. No matter how many times I spoke about it....all I got was "you know you signed paperwork that says you may have a reaction" ...Wow! That's how you treat a customer after you BURN their skin? I'd like to see the way you would react if your skin was burnt. Horrible. What a way to run a business. Good luck to anyone who goes here. Beware, you might be left with permanent scars and stacks of bills from a dermatologist trying to treat it. read more

Glam studio has excellent service, I can't complain one bit. The employees are so helpful and nice. I've been getting my underarms and bikini done and I see a DRAMATIC difference. They make the laser process less painful and their tools are very updated and advanced. I'm glad I chose glam laser and beauty studio. Two thumbs up! read more

I love GLAM. It's really clean and the gals at the front desk are always very professional. I'm always seen almost immediately, and never later than my actual appointment. My nurse does a really quick & efficient job, and the results I'm seeing are truly unbelievable. I would never go back to waxing, and I'm definitely not visiting another studio in the LA area. read more

LOVE this place, the nurse that does the laser hair removal is so nice & overall the place is phenomenal. I started doing a Brazilian 3 months ago (done it 3x) and my hair has already stopped growing! I'm still gonna go once a month for those stragglers. Started with the most painful spot & now that I started to incorporate underarms & upper lip the pain level in sooooo mild... I feel like I could laser anything haha. 10 stars read more

Great place. Great staff. Great prices. They are very accommodating to people with dark skin like myself.

I've come here a few times and it's always been great! If you make the appointment the wait is very short and the treatments are thorough. Recently I went for laser treatment and Tiffany the RN and Kris the receptionist were working-- they were wonderful! I hadn't met Tiffany before but she was a super sweetheart and very efficient. It also wasn't too busy so they let me add on some areas and Kris even spent extra time to figure out how to get me the best deal. Very happy with my experiences here. read more

Love this place! Been going here for over a year and I'm loving my results! The front office is SO nice and always is so friendly when I walk through the door! JACKIE JACKIE JACKIE JACKIE! Its simple, Jackie is amazing. I have been going to Glam for about 8 months now and I wish I would've gone sooner. AMAZING prices for laser treatments. If it's your first time Glam is perfect. They have an amazing machine that lasers and blows cold air at the same time! Barely feel any pain, very bearable. They also sell numbing cream for $25 that's useful for more sensitive areas and can be used several times. Go here now, you will not regret this :) read more

Beware. Shady Business practices. Do not go here. They refused to honor a Groupon I purchased in good faith bc they said I had purchased another one some time ago and Groupon fine print says one person. Yes but it does not say one per new customer or that current /former customers who have used a Groupon in the past with them cannot us me another. I use Groupon often and that statement usually accompanies the fine print if a business chooses to limit Groupon use. Groupon agreed and refunded my money. They now have a complaint out on Groupon and will be notified by the company for not partaking in fair business practice. read more

Extremely rude and money hungry, procedure is fine, not too thorough (left my sideburns uneven) but staff is very unreasonable, I'd rather pay a higher price somewhere else where they are willing to work and listen to the customer, very bad customer service read more

Kind and always attentive, these girls thoroughly explain the process and the value can't be beat!

Glam Laser studio is the best laser place to go by far. The receptionists are amazing they are really friendly as soon as you walk in through your are greeted with smiles. Kris The receptionist was very helpful with everything she helped me with paperwork and everything. The nurses are amazing as well. They interact with you and they are really friendly it distracts you from the laser and little do you know it is finished. They are amazing at what they do. I recommend everyone to go there. I love it here! I've only had to sessions but they have been quick, painless and comforting. I'm always short on time and I love that they can get it done on my lunch breaks. Came here about 2 years ago for underarms and was so happy with my results I'm back again! My results lasted about a year and a half and it was amazing not having to worry about shaving anymore. I love and trust this place so much that I don't mind having to drive 40-50 minutes to it because it's worth it. The girls are always nice and welcoming, place is clean small but cute. Suzy has been taking care of me and she's awesome, very sweet and makes sure she doesn't miss any spots and no matter what area she's treating she makes you feel very comfortable. At times it might take a while to get called in but not to worry once your session starts they are so quick you'll be done in no time. Parking; I usually just park on the street and walk, no big deal, I don't recall a day I've gone and haven't found a spot. Prices are really good compared to other places I've looked at closer to me, and before you purchase on Groupon call and compare prices sometimes you'll get a better deal directly. I've talked about this place to close friends and family that some have decided to try it themselves. This is my go to place and will remain my laser hair removal spot. read more
